Purelux LED Combo Light Installation Instructions

Important Safety Information (Caution)

• Read all provided instructions before installation.
• Disconnect the ground connection from the battery to avoid accidental short circuits before connecting electrical wires.
• If mounting requires drilling holes, ensure you avoid damaging any vital vehicle components.
• Only operate under the specified voltages (DC10-30V).
• Do not touch the lamp or casing for at least 30 minutes after turning the light off to avoid heat injury. Keep the heatsink clean and exposed to maintain air flow.
• Do not stare directly into the light to avoid eye injury.
• Use only soap and water for cleaning. Do not use a pressure washer for cleaning.
• Dispose of the unit through your local recycling authorities.

Wiring

1. Ensure that the working voltage is correct and choose the corresponding relays (DC12V/24V).
2. Connect the unit using a Purelux-wiring harness (sold separately).
3. Remove any protective films from the lamp before operating.
4. Turn on the light to test the connection. If the light is not working as expected, please refer to the instructions.

Wire Description

• Red wire: white extra light
• Yellow wire: amber position light
• Green wire: amber warning light
• Grey wire: white position light
• Black wire: negative (-) GND

Mounting

Follow these steps for mounting the light fixture:

1. Install the mounting bracket (labeled A) securely to the vehicle.
2. Attach the secondary bracket (labeled B) to the Purelux LED light fixture.
3. Connect the light fixture (with bracket B) to the primary mounting bracket (A) on the vehicle.
4. Secure all fastenings to ensure the light is firmly mounted.
