Product Description

The ISANDE is a refrigerator-freezer designed for integrated installation. It features fan-cooling with an LED lamp, a control panel, bottle racks, dairy compartment, door balconies, vegetable drawers, freezer drawers, and glass shelves.

The appliance is divided into zones based on temperature:

• Least cold zone
• Intermediate temperature zone
• Coldest zone

Installation

Warning! Refer to Safety chapters. Consult the installation instruction document to install your appliance. Fix the appliance in accordance with the installation instructions to avoid any risk of instability.

Location: This appliance should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated indoor position. Do not install near heat sources (oven, stoves, radiators, cookers or hobs) or in direct sunlight. The appliance is intended for ambient temperatures between 10°C and 43°C. Correct operation is guaranteed only within this specified temperature range.

Inspection Checklist: Before using the appliance, follow the inspection checklist. If any answer is "NO", follow the relevant action. Record the product serial number and article number, and attach your receipt.

The appliance must be disconnectable from the mains power supply, so the plug must be easily accessible after installation.

First Use

Cleaning the interior: Before first use, wash the interior and all accessories with lukewarm water and neutral soap to remove any smell of a new product, then dry thoroughly. Caution! Do not use detergents, abrasive powders, chlorine or oil-based cleaners as they will damage the finish. Caution! The accessories and parts of the appliance are not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.

Control Panel

The control panel includes:

The temperature indicators show the set default temperature.

Switching on: Connect the mains plug to the power socket. Press the ON/OFF button if the display is off.

Switching off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. The display switches off. To disconnect from power, unplug the mains plug.

Functions

Switching on and off the fridge compartment:

To switch on, press a fridge temperature button. To switch off only the fridge compartment while keeping the freezer on, press the Function button until the fridge compartment indicator blinks, then press OK.

Temperature regulation:

Set temperature using the + and - buttons. Recommended temperatures: +4°C for the fridge, -18°C for the freezer. The set temperature will be reached within 24 hours.

Shopping Function:

Press Function until the Shopping indicator blinks, then press OK. The fan activates automatically. The function stops after approx. 6 hours or can be deactivated manually.

Vacation Function:

Press Function until the Vacation indicator blinks, then press OK. The function switches off when a different fridge temperature is selected.

Fast Freezing Function:

Activate at least 24 hours before placing food. Press Function until the Fast Freezing indicator blinks, then press OK. The function stops automatically after 52 hours or can be deactivated manually.

Child Lock Function:

Press Function until the Child Lock indicator blinks, then press OK. Repeat to deactivate.

Bottle Chill Function:

Press Function until the Bottle Chill indicator blinks. Use temperature buttons to set timer from 1 to 90 minutes, then press OK. The timer starts. Remove items when the timer ends and press OK to stop the alarm.

Fan-cooling Function:

Press Function until the Fan-cooling indicator blinks, then press OK. Repeat to deactivate. Activating this function increases energy consumption.

Freezing and storage of frozen food

When activating the appliance for the first time or after a period of disuse, let it run for at least 3 hours with Fast Freezing switched on before adding products. To freeze fresh food, activate Fast Freezing at least 24 hours prior.

Store fresh food evenly distributed in the top compartment or drawer. The maximum amount of food that can be frozen within 24 hours is specified on the rating plate. For large quantities, remove drawers and place food on shelves. Keep food at least 15 mm from the door.

Caution! In case of accidental defrosting due to a power failure, if the power outage exceeds the 'rising time' indicated on the rating plate, defrosted food must be consumed quickly or cooked immediately, then cooled and refrozen.

Hints and tips:

• The freezer compartment is marked with ****.
• A good temperature setting for frozen food preservation is ≤ -18°C. Higher temperatures may shorten shelf life. The entire freezer compartment is suitable for frozen food storage.
• The fresh food compartment is marked with .
• To accelerate cooling, turn on the fan (Fan-cooling Function) for better internal temperature homogenization.

Technical information, including the serial number, is located on the rating plate on the internal left side of the appliance and on the energy label.
