About the Projector

The ZAZU Sunset Projector features three characters: Tim the turtle, Shally the sparrow, and Henry the hedgehog. It is designed to help calm and soothe babies to sleep with a unique 3-step sleep program.

How to Use

To set up the projector:

• Remove the module from the plush toy.
• Insert 3x AA batteries (not included).
• Place the module back into the plush toy.
• Open the Velcro on the bottom to access the buttons.
• Use only alkaline batteries; do not use zinc-carbon batteries.

Controls:

• Button A: Press the large button to switch the product ON.
• Slider B: Choose your favourite melody. Options are: OFF (no music), African sunset music, Lullabies, Heartbeat.
• Slider C: Set the preferred volume (high to low).
• Slider D: Switch the cry sensor ON/OFF. When activated, the sleep program will restart from phase 2 to calm and settle your baby. The cry sensor remains active for 12 hours.

Auto-off: The entire 3-step sleep program will automatically switch OFF after 30 minutes.

3-Step Sleep Program

Tim will calm and soothe your baby to sleep with this unique 3-step sleep program. The total program takes 30 minutes and will automatically switch off.

• STEP 1: Calming your child (0-10 MIN): Follow the birds flying around the room while listening to soothing African sunset music.
• STEP 2: Getting sleepy (10-20 MIN): Lower brightness, the sun has set, and there are fewer birds. Music changes to more calm African sunset music.
• STEP 3: Falling asleep (20-30 MIN): No more movements, no sound.

Projection Tips

For the best projection, locate the product within 1 to 2.5 meters from the walls and ceiling. When batteries lose their power, the projection decreases, and the product might lose some of its features.

Safety Guidelines

IMPORTANT! Keep for future reference.

• This ZAZU product is fully compliant with EU, CA, AU, NZ, USA, and CN legislation.
• Keep the packaging away from small children.
• Never allow your child to play with the batteries.
• This product works with 3x AA 1.5 V batteries (not included).
• Only use the specified batteries.
• Remove empty batteries from the product.
• Batteries should only be placed by adults.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-Zn), or rechargeable (Ni-MH) batteries.
• Only use alkaline batteries, no zinc carbon.
• Non-rechargeable batteries cannot be charged.
• Batteries should be placed in the correct polarity.
• Do not short-circuit the power terminal.
• When not in use, please switch the product OFF completely.
• Do not place inside the cot or too close to the baby.
• The plush can be washed by hand and air dried, but remove the module beforehand.
• This light does not get warm.
• This product is intended for indoor use and is not water resistant. Please keep dry.
• For cleaning, do not immerse in water, but wipe with a damp cloth.
• Do not try to disassemble the product if it stops working. Please contact customer service.
