Manufacturers are instructed to send a copy of this notice to each manufacturing location currently authorized under File E190414, Vol. 8.
This authorization to apply the UL Mark is valid for 90 days from the date indicated above, pending the issuance of formal records in the Follow-Up Services Procedure.
