- Wooden dowels (101350) - 12x
- Cam lock mechanisms (113434, 122332) - 2x
- Wall plugs (109560, 122723) - 2x each
- Wall bracket strap (121311) - 2x
- Wall bracket base (110646) - 4x
- Cam lock screws (100001) - 4x
Unit Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble the main shelf unit:
- Step 1: Attach side panels to the base using wooden dowels (101350) and cam lock screws (100001).
- Step 2: Connect the back panel to the side panels using screws (100214, 100219) and cam lock screws (100001).
- Step 3: Attach the lower horizontal frame pieces using screws (118331).
- Step 4: Insert wooden dowels (101350) and attach the first long horizontal support bar.
- Step 5: Connect the second side panel using the cam lock mechanism (113434, 122332).
- Step 6: Insert wooden dowels (101350) and attach the second long horizontal support bar.
- Step 7: Connect the final side panel using the cam lock mechanism (113434, 122332).
- Step 8: Slide the back panels into the grooves and secure with screws (101350).
- Step 9: Further secure the back panels with screws (100214, 100219) and cam lock screws (100001).
- Step 10: Carefully flip the assembled unit over.
- Step 11: Attach the top panels using screws (101350).
- Step 12: Insert the internal dividers.
- Step 13: Insert the remaining back panels into the grooves.
- Step 14: Secure the back panels with screws.
- Step 15: Attach the main top surface using screws (100214, 100219) and cam lock screws (100001).
- Step 16: Carefully flip the unit back upright.
Wall Mounting Instructions
Important: To prevent tipping and ensure safety, the unit MUST be secured to the wall using the provided wall attachment devices. Wall screws and plugs are NOT included and must be selected based on your wall type and load capacity. Consult a professional if unsure.
- Step 17: Attach wall bracket straps (121311) to the unit using screws (100214, 100219) and cam lock screws (100001).
- Step 18: Attach wall bracket bases (108383) to the unit using cam lock screws (100001) and screws (100214, 100219).
- Step 19: Attach wall bracket hooks (103693) and corner brackets (115753) to the wall at the desired height. Use appropriate wall plugs and screws (not included).
- Step 20: Attach wall bracket bases (110646) to the wall using appropriate fasteners.
- Step 21: Position the unit against the wall. Align the attached straps/bases on the unit with the corresponding hardware on the wall. Secure the unit by fastening it to the wall.
- Step 22: Ensure all connections are tight and the unit is stable and securely mounted to the wall.
