Warranty and General Instructions Applicable to All Products
For 12 Months from Date of Delivery:
- Repair and delivery of spare parts will be carried out according to the Consumer Protection Regulations (Warranty and After-Sales Service, 2006).
- Repairs will be performed by a certified Sealy service technician.
- During the warranty period, Sealy will repair any product defect and restore the product to a usable condition. Electric mechanisms will be restored to their original state. If product parts need replacement, Sealy commits to using new and original parts. The warranty includes delivery and, if necessary, a technician visit.
- Upon repair, a confirmation detailing the repair and the parts replaced will be provided.
- The warranty does not cover accessories such as sound systems, if installed or included with the product. Please refer to the warranty certificates provided with those accessories for details.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by force majeure, repairs performed by unauthorized personnel, damage caused by consumer malice or negligence, or use of the product contrary to instructions.
- Product warranty is contingent upon the upholstery fabric being clean and free from stains or moisture. Bodily fluid stains (urine, sweat, saliva, etc.) or chemical stains will void the warranty. This does not detract from Sealy's statutory responsibility for mechanical and electrical mechanisms in furniture.
- The warranty granted to the original purchaser is transferable, provided the product transfer is executed by Sealy or its authorized representative. The warranty does not cover damage caused by product transfer not performed by Sealy. This does not detract from Sealy's warranty for the proper functioning of mechanical and electrical mechanisms and electrical products, subject to the terms of this warranty certificate.
- It is recommended to notify Sealy in writing of any change of ownership promptly to allow Sealy to update its records for faster service to the subsequent owner.
- Bed Frame Warranty: Sealy warrants the bed frame for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, provided the customer has not violated the usage instructions for the bed frame and the damage was not caused by negligent or unreasonable use, or intentional damage.
Recliners and Sofas
- Sealy is responsible for the proper functioning of recliners and sofas supplied by Sealy for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty expires 12 months after delivery.
- The warranty will not apply if the damage is caused by the customer's violation of usage instructions, unreasonable or negligent use, intentional damage, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel. The warranty is valid provided the upholstery of the recliner/sofa is maintained, clean, and aesthetically sound, free from stains or mold. This does not detract from Sealy's warranty for mechanical mechanisms in recliners/sofas, as per the law.
Mattress Toppers
Mattress toppers come with a 12-month warranty covering the fabric and stitching, subject to the washing instructions on the topper. Please wash before first use.
Warranty Terms for Mattress Fabric:
- The warranty for the mattress fabric is valid only if the fabric is clean and free from stains or moisture. Bodily fluid stains (urine, sweat, saliva, etc.) or chemical stains will void the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to the mattress fabric caused by customer negligence or intentional damage, or if customers acted contrary to usage instructions.
Extended Warranty Terms (Beyond 12 Months):
Adjustable Mattresses and Beds (Excluding Bed Frame):
- Sealy warrants the proper functioning of mattresses and adjustable beds purchased from Sealy for a period of 10 years from the date of mattress delivery (the first year is a full warranty, followed by 9 years of conditional warranty). The conditional warranty requires the customer to bear the cost of technician visits and transportation if a fault requires a technician visit or if the mattress/adjustable bed is returned to Sealy. Charges for technician visits and transportation will be based on Sealy's price lists applicable at the relevant time. Sealy's price lists are available at company branches.
- The mattress warranty is valid provided the mattress upholstery is maintained, clean, and free from stains or moisture, used reasonably and in accordance with this certificate. The product warranty is valid only if the upholstery fabric is clean and free from stains or moisture. Bodily fluid stains (urine, sweat, saliva, etc.) or chemical stains will void the warranty.
- The mattress warranty will not apply if the damage is caused by an unsuitable, unstable, or unventilated bed base, or if the slats have a gap exceeding 5 cm, or if the customer violates usage instructions, or due to unreasonable or negligent use, or intentional damage, or if repairs are performed by unauthorized personnel. The general instructions in this warranty certificate will apply. The weight limit for a single sleeper on the mattress is 130 kg.
- The warranty for the adjustable bed will not apply if the damage is caused by the customer's violation of usage instructions, unreasonable or negligent use, intentional damage, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel. The general instructions in this warranty certificate will apply. The weight limit for a single sleeper on the mattress is 130 kg.

Adjustable Bed Usage Instructions
Operation and Safety
Before initial use of the remote, remove the safety ties located at the bottom of the bed frame's head and foot sections. These ties secure the metal base to the mattress and prevent the bed from adjusting during transport. Operating the bed without removing these ties may cause damage to the operating mechanism.
Remote Control Instructions
The remote is an integral part of the bed and controls the lifting and lowering mechanism for the back and legs. It is advisable to hang the remote on the side holder or place it on the nearby nightstand. Be careful not to drop the remote or expose it to water and dust, which can impair its proper function.
Advanced Wireless Remote with Memory Presets:
- 1, 3: Buttons for raising and lowering the back.
- 4, 6: Buttons for raising and lowering the legs.
- 7: Buttons to raise the legs and back together.
- 9: Full flat position.
- 8, 5, 2: Memory buttons for presets.
Cable Management
To organize cables neatly, cable holders are provided with each bed. Secure the cable holders to the underside of the frame and ensure the cables do not interfere with the moving parts of the bed.
The Driving Force Behind Sealy
The motors integrated into Sealy adjustable beds are designed with exceptionally high safety standards. The motors are equipped with an automatic power cutoff system that protects the motor from power surges. This power cutoff prevents electromagnetic flux density.
