- Pumps
- Fans
- Material Handling
- Conveyors
- Mixers
- Packaging Machines
- Palletizers
- Textile Machines
Simple Operation and Service
With a focus on simplified operation, the iC2-Micro makes your task easy. It offers a time-saving software tool that enhances reliability and reduces risk.
Easy Commissioning and Service
Commissioning and service are easier than ever with the MyDrive® Insight commissioning and monitoring tool. For quick and easy configuration and commissioning, MyDrive® Insight allows you to control the converter from a PC for operations such as starting or stopping the converter, setting references, adjusting direction, resetting, and coasting the converter. Once the converter is operational, MyDrive® Insight monitors the converter and collects data for troubleshooting, maintenance, and service. Technicians can use MyDrive® Insight not only for configuring parameter settings but also for creating backups and restoring these settings during service. The intuitive control panel simplifies commissioning, operation, and service. The control panel features a 6-digit, 7-segment LED display, status indicators, clear navigation buttons, and a built-in potentiometer for frequency adjustment.
Access Application Guide and Documentation
Accessing the application guide and other documentation is faster than ever thanks to a QR code located on the front of the converter. By scanning the QR code with a smart device, you can access the iC2-Micro webpage and quickly find technical literature, data sheets, drawings, and more.
Two Variants with and without EMC Filter
Two variants are available, with and without an EMC filter, to suit your needs. There's no need to pay for an EMC filter if it's not required! However, with an integrated EMC filter, you can use shielded motor cables and remain compliant with EN/IEC 61800-3, Class C1 or C2, suitable for your applications. This can help you save cabinet space and reduce handling processes.
Simplified Mounting and Service
Simplified mounting and service are achieved through easy wiring with spring-loaded I/O terminals and a removable fan. For single-phase 200 V converters in the power range up to 0.75 kW, natural cooling without a fan is supported. The removable fan design with on/off control facilitates maintenance, improves cooling efficiency, reduces service costs, and minimizes acoustic noise. The iC2-Micro operates at an ambient temperature of 50°C at full load and is designed for optimal performance at full load at ambient temperatures up to 50°C and up to 55°C with reduced performance. This allows for cost savings as there is no need for additional cooling equipment or oversized converters.
