Canon Installation Support Terms and Conditions
Canon India Private Limited (CIPL) offers installation support through its authorized service providers for specified Canon A4/A3 printers and LiDE scanners during their warranty term, at no additional cost. This support includes hardware installation, driver downloads from CIPL's support site, driver installation on the user's device, printing a test page, and a demonstration of the product's operation.
Terms and Conditions
- One-time installation support without additional cost is provided for Products specified in Appendix A during their applicable warranty term.
- Installation support for Products in Appendix A is not applicable if the Product is already in use before the service request is raised.
- To avail installation support, end users/customers can raise a service request via:

- End users/customers must provide a copy of the product purchase invoice for warranty validation when registering a service request or when the service engineer visits.
- If a purchase invoice cannot be provided, the applicable warranty term will be determined using CIPL's Online Warranty Serial No. Tracking system (WMS).
