Questions and Answers

  1. Q: What can I do if it prompts that the bracelet cannot be found? A: First, check if the bracelet has power. Secondly, place the bracelet close to the mobile phone and try to connect again. If it still cannot be connected, try switching the Bluetooth on and off on your phone.
  2. Q: Why does my heart rate test fail? A: When measuring heart rate, keep the person at rest. Ensure the bottom of the bracelet is tightly against the arm without any obvious gap. Do not shake the arm during measurement.
  3. Q: Why can't the bracelet receive message push notifications? A:
    1. Confirm that the message push switch is turned on in the mobile phone client APP.
    2. Verify that messages can be displayed normally in the message notification column of your mobile phone. The bracelet receives messages by reading from this column. If there are no messages in the mobile phone's notification column, the bracelet cannot receive them.

Warning

⚠️ Please consult your doctor before starting new sports activities. Although the smartwatch can monitor real-time dynamic heart rate, it cannot be used for any medical purposes.
