Package and Remarks
Package: One gift box, one user manual, one smart band unit.
Remark: The product is waterproof (IP68). It can be worn while washing hands and in the rain. Seawater is prohibited ?.
Warning: ⚠️ Do not use the product when having a hot shower. The steam will penetrate the waterproofing and can cause the circuit to burn. These issues are beyond the scope of the warranty.
Buttons and Touch Instructions
Top button: Keep pressed to power ON/OFF the device. Short press to light the screen.
Bottom button: Flashlight turn ON/OFF.
Touch instructions: Swipe up to return to the home screen; slide down to enter the status bar; slide left to enter the notification center; slide right to enter the main menu.
Changeable band: A switch at the connector between the band and watch case allows for easy band replacement.
Charging Instruction
This product uses magnetic force charging. It supports 5V mobile phone chargers and computer USB interfaces. Connect the charging cable to the charging pins on the back of the device; it will charge automatically. A full charge typically takes 2 hours. The device offers a standby time of up to 30 days and a working time of 5-10 days. Do not use the watch while charging.
Warning: ⚠️ Ensure the magnetic charger is correctly aligned with the pins. Improper alignment can cause circuit damage.
Connecting to Your Phone
The watch can connect to your phone by downloading the "FitCloud Pro" application using one of the following methods:
- Method 1 (Android / iOS): Scan the QR code using any scanner to download the "FitCloud Pro" app.
- Method 2 (Android): Search and download the "FitCloudPro" app from Google Play.
- Method 2 (iOS): Search and download the "FitCloudPro" app from the App Store.
After installation, turn on your phone's Bluetooth and open the "FitCloudPro" app. Grant all requested permissions and fill in personal information. Tap "Add device", search for the "L15" device (ensure your phone's GPS is enabled before binding), and tap connect.
Notification Reminder Setup and Troubleshooting
To set notification reminders: Navigate to "FitCloudPro" > Device > Notifications, select the corresponding apps, and turn on the switch.
Troubleshooting Notification Issues:
- Ensure the watch is connected to your phone via the app and that you have selected which notifications to display.
- If notifications are still not received, reset the watch to factory settings. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, check for the connected device "L15", unpair it, turn off your phone's Bluetooth, then turn it back on to reconnect.
- If the issue persists after the above steps, uninstall and reinstall the "FitCloudPro" app, ensuring all required permissions are granted when prompted.
Firmware Upgrade
When Bluetooth is connected, go to "FitCloudPro" > Device > "Firmware version". The app will notify you if a new version is available. During the update, a progress bar will be displayed. Wait for the process to complete. The watch will restart and reconnect to the phone app. Do not operate the watch during the update. The process typically takes 3-5 minutes.
Main Features
Language/Time/Date
These settings synchronize automatically when you successfully connect the watch with your smartphone.
Standby Watch Faces
You can change the watch face by pressing the screen for 2 seconds and then selecting your preferred face.
Status Bar
Swipe down from the standby screen to view Bluetooth connection status, battery status, brightness adjustment, and the QR code for FitCloudPro download.
Notifications
Synchronizes and displays app notifications (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, Email) from your mobile phone. Up to 8 notifications can be displayed on the watch. Adjust notification settings in the Fundo app and grant necessary permissions.
The watch allows you to decline incoming calls.
Activity Tracking and Exercise Modes
Activity Info
Displays workout and health data, including Steps, Distance, and Calories consumed. This data is saved until midnight (12:00 AM) daily and resets to 0 for the next day. Previous data can be viewed in History.
Exercise
Select a sports mode to record your workout. Tap the ⚙️ icon for more modes, tap the center to enter, tap ➡️ / ⬅️ to navigate pages, and tap the ↩️ icon to go back. Recording pauses when the power button is pressed. You can choose to save, delete, or continue the measurement.
Health Monitoring Functions
Heart Rate Monitoring
Takes a single measurement of your heart rate. A green light ? should be visible from the bottom of the watch. Consult a doctor for interpretation of average BPM, as it can vary based on age, gender, and physical condition. Blood Pressure Function
Place your hands flat on a surface and remain still. This function requires approximately 45-50 seconds for measurement and reading. Please note: This device is not a medical device; all values shown are for reference only.
Electrocardiogram (ECG) Function
Combines an optical heart rate sensor and ECG sensor to provide information about your heart function. Measurement and app review take about 30 seconds. Please note: This device is not a medical device; all values shown are for reference only.
Blood Oxygen Function (SpO2H)
Measures blood oxygen level. Refer to external information or consult a medical practitioner for details on healthy or abnormal blood oxygen percentages. Please note: This device is not a medical device; all values shown are for reference only.
Sleep Monitor
Sleep monitoring is automatically active from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. You can view detailed sleep quality information in the Fundo app on your phone.
Additional Functions
Stopwatch Function
Press to start and pause; press again to stop.
Remote Control (Music)
Allows activation and control of music playback on your phone via the Smart Watch. A music playback app must be installed on the phone.
About
View model number, Bluetooth address, and version number.
Reset
Tap to reset all data to factory settings.
Alarm Function
Set multiple alarm times via the Fundo app on your phone.
Sedentary & Drink Reminder
Set reminders for exercise or drinking via the app.
Find Phone Function
When connected to your phone, this function helps locate your mobile phone by triggering its ringtone/sound. Tap "Find Phone" to activate.
Wrist Wakeup
Wake the watch by moving your wrist. Enable this function via the app. Note that this may increase power consumption.
Warranty Information
Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear of the product or its parts is not covered by this warranty.
Not Included in Warranty Terms
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering, or attempted repair by unauthorized personnel.
- Products not installed, operated, or maintained according to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
- Products used for purposes other than their intended use.
- Damage caused by improper power input or cable connection.
IP68 Rating: Only dustproof and resistant to accidental contact with fresh water (e.g., hand washing). Seawater is prohibited ?.
