Caring For Your SYNCO Product
- Please keep the product in a dry, clean, dust-free environment.

- Malfunction may be caused by dropping or the impact of external force.

Operations

Install the Battery
Slide the battery compartment door downward, insert the battery, and then slide the door back up to close it securely. Visuals show the process.

Power On/Off
Long press the power button on the Tally light for 5 seconds until the light is on/off. Visuals show the action.

Install the Tally Light
1. Insert the TX into the USB-C port on the computer/laptop. 2. Pull the back clip into the cold shoe on the camera, etc., to fix the Tally light. Visuals show these steps.

Pairing
1. Turn on the tally light, short press the pairing button on both the tally light and the transmitter to activate pairing mode. Visuals show transmitter (flashing white continuously) and tally light (flashes red and green alternately) indicators. 2. After successful pairing, short press the pairing button on TX until its indicator remains on. A transmitter supports up to 32 Tally lights.

Tally Status Indicator
Red Light Steady: The device is live (PGM). Green Light Steady: The device is in preview mode (PVW). Off: The device is not in use. Visuals show these states.

Tally Number Switching
Rotate the dial to set the Tally light number (1-32). Visuals show the dial.

Power Supply
Replaceable Battery: Slide down the battery compartment door to replace the battery. Power via Type-C Port: The device can be charged and used simultaneously when powered through the Type-C port. Visuals show these options.

Battery Level Indicator
The four indicators represent battery levels of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. The number of lit indicators indicates the corresponding battery level.

Work with vMix
Before connecting, please download and install the vMix software, CH341SER driver, and Tally_tool software. Please download the CH341SER driver and Tally_tool: https://link.syncoaudio.com/tally-light-install-tools.
9.1 Connect to vMix
1) Power on and pair the Tally light to the transmitter, then open vMix. 2) Check the "Auto" and "Local" options in Tally_tool. Once the upper left icon turns green, click "Connect." 3) You can use vMix to control the Tally light after successfully connecting the Tally_tool. Note: Do not run multiple Tally_tool, or vMix will fail to connect. Check the taskbar to ensure only one Tally_tool is running.
9.2 Connect to the Switcher
Note: CE3 is only compatible with switchers that support vMix. 1) Follow the steps in "9.1 Connect to vMix" to connect the Tally light to vMix, then use a USB-C data transfer cable to connect the switcher to vMix. 2) Open VMix and click on "Settings". ① In the "Settings" window, click "Shortcuts" → "MIDI Settings". Check the switcher's name and click "OK" to confirm. ② Click “Templates” → “Import”, then select the configuration file provided by the switcher supplier. Click “Open” to confirm. 3) On the "Shortcuts Templates" page, click "Apply" → "OK". Visuals show vMix settings windows for MIDI and shortcut templates.
9.3 Remote Tally Light Control (IP Control)
Ensure: 1. The controller has vMix installed, and the controlled end has Tally_tool installed. And both ends are connected to the same local area network (LAN). 2. The controlled end must already have the Tally light paired with the transmitter. Controller: Open vMix, and click the "Settings" in the upper right to open the settings page. Click "Tally Lights" from the left menu, and provide the IP address (e.g., "192.168.31.85") to the controlled end. Controlled End: Open the Tally_tool software and check "Auto", input the IP address, and click "Connect". Once successfully connected, you can control the Tally light on the controlled end from the controller. Visuals illustrate the controller and controlled end setup.

WARRANTY
Warranty Period
Thank you for purchasing SYNCO products. Customers are entitled to free replacement or repair service in case of quality defect(s) found in the product under normal use within 30 days upon receipt of the product. Original SYNCO products are entitled to 12-month limited warranty service. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end-user. Within the warranty period, if product defect or failure is attributable to material defection or technological problem, the defective product or defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge (service and materials fee).
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
- Faults resulted from inappropriate use of a product without following its operation specification.
- Artificial damage, e.g. crash, squeeze, scratch, or soaking.
- Modifications to a product by its user or a third party without prior written consent of SYNCO, e.g. replacement of element or circuit, label alteration.
- The code on product is inconsistent with that of warranty certificate, or the code on the product or warranty certificate is altered or torn off.
- All consumable accessory attached to a product, like cable, wind muff, battery.
- Faults as a result of force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.
Warranty Claim Procedure
1. If failure or any problem occurs to your product after purchase, please contact a local agent for assistance, or you can always contact SYNCO's customer service through email at support@syncoaudio.com. 2. Please retain your sales receipt and warranty certificate as proof of purchase. If any of these documents is missing, only sales return or chargeable service will be provided. 3. If the SYNCO product is out of the warranty coverage, the service and the parts cost will be charged.
