Getting Started

Open the package and take out the watch.

Power On: Long press the circular key [power button] to turn the smart watch on.

Charging and Activation

Align the magnetic charging dock with the magnetic charging port on the back of the watch until the watch screen displays a charging prompt.

Charge the watch in a timely manner when the battery is low.

This device is an all-in-one unit; the back cover and battery are not removable.

Attention: The charging cable is magnetic. Please keep it away from high temperatures.

Watch Client Download and Connection

Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the watch to download the client application.

1. Download "Da Fit" APP

The "Da Fit" APP can be downloaded and installed on your mobile phone by scanning the QR code in this manual, scanning the built-in QR code on the watch, or by searching "DaFit" directly in your mobile app store.

After enabling Bluetooth on your mobile phone, open the "Da Fit" APP. (Note: If the APP cannot be opened, please enable location services first.) Navigate to 'Device' > 'Add Device' > 'Search Device'. Find the device with the corresponding Bluetooth name and MAC address (located in the watch's 'Settings' > 'About' > 'Version' via the sliding control center) and tap 'Connect'.

3. Connect Wireless Call:

Wireless call functionality is turned off by default.

Android System: After connecting the watch to the APP, your phone will prompt a Bluetooth pairing request from the watch. Tap 'Pair'. Once the wireless call is connected, you can make and receive calls.
iOS System: After connecting the watch to the APP, your phone will prompt for pairing twice. Tap 'Allow' for both prompts to enable pairing, and then you can make and receive calls.

Note: Media audio is turned off by default. To enable media audio: swipe down from the main watch face, tap 'Settings', then tap 'Call', and finally tap 'Media Audio'. This will allow the watch to play music from your phone.

Watch Operation Instructions

1. Watch Face Interface:

Press and hold the screen to enter the watch face selection page. Swipe left or right to switch between watch faces. Tap once to select your desired watch face.

(Note: The system includes 6 preset watch face pages, with the last one being "Custom". This custom watch face will update based on downloads and settings from the watch face market and custom watch faces configured in the APP.)

2. Menu Page:

From the watch face page, press the circular button to enter the menu page. Double-press the circular button to switch between different menu styles. Press the circular button once to return to the main watch face page.

3. Function Page:

On the menu page, tap an app icon to enter the corresponding function. Swipe right to go back to the previous screen. Press the circular button once to return to the main watch face page.

Buttons and Touch Controls

Circular Key:
- Long press: Turn on the watch from a shutdown state.
- Single press: Return to the main watch face interface from any menu interface.
- Double press: Switch between different menu styles.
Left Swipe: Access 'Custom card'.
Right Swipe: Access 'Sidebar'.
Flow (Swipe Down): Access 'Control Center'.

Q&A (Frequently Asked Questions)

The watch cannot start:
Please hold down the power button for more than 6 seconds. Alternatively, the battery may be low; please charge it promptly.
Bluetooth is not connected or cannot be connected:
1. Try restarting the watch and re-linking.
2. Try restarting Bluetooth on your phone and connecting again.
3. Ensure your phone is not connected to other Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
Sleep data is not accurate enough:
Sleep monitoring simulates your actual sleep and wake times and requires the watch to be worn correctly. If you go to sleep very late or start wearing the watch only when you go to sleep, there might be discrepancies. Sleep data is not monitored during the day; the default sleep monitoring period is set from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day.

Bluetooth Data Transmission

When connected to a mobile phone, the watch synchronizes data such as weather, notifications, sports, and health data with the phone via Bluetooth. Data will not be synchronized if the connection is lost or Bluetooth is turned off.

Important Notes

Do not charge the device in a humid environment or near water.
Regularly clean the magnetic charging port on the back of the watch with a clean flannelette to ensure a proper connection with the magnetic charger for normal charging.
This product is not equipped with a power adapter. For safety, when charging, use a computer's USB interface or a power adapter with an output not exceeding 6V/1A. Purchase power adapters through regular channels and avoid low-quality or counterfeit adapters to prevent potential hazards like bursting or fire.

Matters Needing Attention

The measurement results of this product are intended for industrial examination purposes only and are not to be used for any medical diagnosis or treatment. Please follow your doctor's guidance and do not rely on these results for self-diagnosis or treatment.
This product has a waterproof rating of IP68. It cannot be used for deep diving or prolonged submersion in water. Additionally, avoid exposing the watch to hot water, as steam can affect its performance.
