Important Safety Instructions
⚠️ The exclamation mark symbol indicates important safety instructions. Please read and follow them carefully.
- Read and keep these instructions.
- Consider all warnings and follow all instructions.
- Do not use near water. Clean only with a dry cloth.
- Keep away from heat sources (radiators, stoves, amplifiers).
- Use only manufacturer-recommended stands, supports, or tables.
- If using a trolley or cart, exercise caution when moving equipment.
- Maintenance must be performed by a qualified professional.
- Do not use unauthorized accessories.
- Never insert objects into vents; this can cause fire or electric shock.
- Never attempt self-repair.
- Ensure replacement parts are identical to original specifications.
- Test the product after any repair.
- Do not mount to walls or ceilings unless specifically designed for it.
- Avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods to prevent hearing damage (over 85dB for more than one hour can cause irreparable damage).

Assembly Instructions:
Note: For Vestia N°2, N°3, N°4, two people are recommended for handling due to their weight (approx. 20kg).
Vestia N°1 (Bookshelf Speaker)
- Attach the two side panels (H) to the sides of the speaker.
- Attach the rubber feet (B) to the bottom of the speaker.
- Refer to the User Manual (I) for further details.
Vestia N°2, N°3, N°4 (Floorstanding Speakers)
- Align the base (E) with the fixing holes on the bottom of the speaker.
- Insert and tighten the 4 base screws (C) using the Allen key (F).
- Attach the base plate (A) to the top of the speaker using the 4 screws (D).
- Attach the side panel (G) to the speaker.
- Choose between rubber feet (B) for hard floors or spikes (D) for carpeted floors and attach them to the base.
- Refer to the User Manual (I) for further details.
Connections
Vestia loudspeakers feature multi-purpose connectors compatible with stripped cables (up to 4mm diameter), fork terminals, and banana connectors.
⚠️ It is crucial to respect the polarity of both the loudspeaker and the amplifier:
- Connect the terminal marked "+" on the loudspeaker to the positive (+) output on your amplifier.
- Connect the terminal marked "-" on the loudspeaker to the negative (-) output on your amplifier.
Incorrect polarity will severely compromise stereo imaging and bass perception. Use high-quality cables with an appropriate cross-section for their length.
Positioning and Optimization
Proper placement is key to achieving the best performance from your Vestia loudspeakers.
General Placement (Fig. F, G, H)
- Symmetry: Position the loudspeakers symmetrically, facing the primary listening area. Ideally, they should form an equilateral triangle with the listener. Adjust distances based on room layout.
- Height: Ensure both loudspeakers are at the same height and on the same horizontal plane. The tweeter should ideally be at the same level as the listener's ears in the main listening position.
- Distance from Walls: Avoid placing loudspeakers too close to corners or walls, as this can cause unwanted room resonance and artificially boost bass. If bass response is insufficient, try moving them slightly closer to a wall.
Optimization Formula (Fig. I)
For precise positioning, use the following formula:
Let A be the distance from the woofer's center to the nearest wall, B be the distance to the nearest floor or side wall, and C be the greatest distance. If A < B < C, the ideal loudspeaker position is defined by the equation: B² = AC
Example: If the woofer is 20" (50cm) from the rear wall (A) and 24" (60cm) from the floor (B), the ideal distance to the side wall (C) would be 28" (72cm) (calculated as C = B²/A = 60² / 50 = 72cm).
Room Acoustics & Recommendations
- Stereo Imaging: If stereo perception is imprecise, try moving the speakers closer together or angling them more towards the listening position.
- Harsh Sound: If the sound is harsh or aggressive, the room may be too reverberant. Use sound-absorbing materials (carpets, upholstery, curtains) and sound-reflecting materials (furniture) to manage resonance.
- Flat Sound: If the sound is flat or lacks detail, there might be too much sound absorption. Find a balance between absorbing and reflecting materials.
- General Advice: A reflective wall behind the speakers helps sound development. The wall behind the listener should ideally be sound-absorbing to prevent unwanted reflections. Furniture can be strategically placed to diffuse sound waves.
Break-in Period
The speaker drivers require a period to adapt to their environment. This break-in period can last a few weeks. To accelerate this, operate the loudspeakers for approximately 20 consecutive hours. After this period, the drivers will have stabilized, and you can enjoy the full performance.
Choosing the Right Amplifier
A lack of amplifier power can be more damaging than excess power. If the volume is too high, the amplifier can saturate and produce distortion that may harm the tweeter. Vestia loudspeakers are designed to reveal the qualities of any connected amplifier. Consult your retailer for advice on selecting an amplifier suited to your preferences and budget.
