1 What's in the box

2 Get to know your system

The Uniti Atom is a complete music centre designed to provide an exceptional listening experience. The diagrams below illustrate its operational features and sockets.

Front View

The front of the Uniti Atom features a display, USB port, and headphone jack.

Back View

The back of the Uniti Atom includes:

• USB port
• Network port
• Power input
• Speaker outputs
• HDMI (optional)
• Digital inputs
• Analogue inputs
• Ground switch
• Preamp output

The main control on the front is the volume dial, along with buttons for Power/Standby, Play/Pause, Input selection, and Favourites.

3 Simple setup

To set up your Uniti Atom, you will need:

• Speakers with cables
• A router with Wi-Fi connected to the internet
• A smartphone or tablet

Alternatively, a network cable can be used for a wired connection.

4 Connection and power

Follow these steps for connecting and powering your Uniti Atom:

1. Connect the speakers to the rear of the unit using speaker cables and plugs.
2. Ensure your Wi-Fi router is powered on and within range.
3. Load the AAA batteries into the remote handset.
4. Connect the power lead to the Uniti Atom's power socket and then to the mains power outlet.
5. Press the power button located to the right of the unit's display to switch on the Uniti Atom.

5 Pairing the remote

Once your Uniti Atom is powered on, you will need to pair the remote handset. To do this, hold the remote close to the unit's display screen and press and hold the remote's Home button for three seconds. The remote is now paired and ready to use.

6 Download Naim app

Download and install the Naim app on your iOS or Android device. Launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions to configure your Uniti Atom.

The Naim app allows you to control your Uniti Atom, access streaming services, manage your music library, and more.

7 Playing music

The Uniti Atom provides access to all your music, including:

• Your favourite streaming services
• Internet radio stations
• Stored music from a Naim server (e.g., Uniti Core)
• Multiroom system audio

The Uniti Atom also features digital, analogue, and optional HDMI connections to link external sources.

A Online streaming services

Access music from services like Chromecast built-in, AirPlay, iRadio, Bluetooth, TIDAL, and Spotify.

B Streaming from a music server

Stream music from your Naim server or other UPnP™™ servers.

C Music server for multiroom streaming

Use the Uniti Atom as a source for your multiroom audio system.

D Playing external sources

Connect external sources such as a TV via HDMI or analogue connections.
