Participants
Participation is open to all legally capable citizens of Ukraine who fulfill the promotion's requirements during the specified period. Employees and representatives of the Organizer, any involved companies, their close relatives, and legal entities are excluded from participation.

Participation Conditions
To automatically enter the prize draw, participants must make a purchase with a receipt of 3000 UAH or more from July 24, 2025, until September 8, 2025, either on the Citrus website (ctrs.com.ua) or at a Citrus retail store.
The prize draw will be conducted on September 23, 2025, among all eligible purchases of 3000 UAH or more, using a third-party service.
Prize Details and Organizer Rights
The prize fund is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred to third parties, and is not exchangeable. Prizes can be collected directly from any Citrus retail store. If a purchased item from the prize fund is returned, the prize fund item must also be returned.
The Organizer is not liable for force majeure events, including natural disasters, fires, floods, military actions, blockades, or significant changes in legislation affecting the promotion. The Organizer is also not obligated to reimburse any participant expenses, such as travel or phone costs incurred during participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend the participant definitions, prize pool, suspend, restore, or terminate the promotion's terms and conditions. Notifications regarding additions or changes to these rules will be posted on the Organizer's website: https://www.ctrs.com.ua/.
By participating, individuals consent to their participation being photographed and/or video recorded. They also agree to the use of their name, surname, photograph, and interview, or any other related materials for marketing purposes. This includes publication on the internet, in mass media, print publications, and audio/video materials without territorial or time limitations. Such usage will not be compensated by the Organizer or third parties.
In case of ambiguous interpretations of these rules or the occurrence of disputed or unregulated issues, the Organizer's decision will be final and not subject to appeal. Participation in the promotion signifies full agreement with all stated terms and conditions.
