Simple Troubleshooting
Q1: Not configured
Solution: Ensure WiFi name and password do not contain Chinese characters and are not excessively long (max 12 digits). Use 2.4G WiFi, not 5G. Restart the mobile phone, disable non-system startup software, and enable Bluetooth and positioning. Try reconnecting.
Q2: App cannot connect to the feeder
Solution: Confirm mobile phone's Bluetooth and positioning are enabled. Reset the feeder before pairing and connecting.
Q3: The feeder does not feed accurately or does not feed
Solution: Check for excessive food in the bowl or a blocked food channel. Clean the food channel and outlet. If using battery power, check if batteries are depleted or leaking.
Q4: The feeder shows offline
Solution: Ensure the feeder is within 10 meters of the mobile phone, ideally without walls in between, as walls can weaken Bluetooth signals and cause instability.
Q5: No response when turning on
Solution: Verify the power supply is plugged in. If the issue persists, contact the dealer or customer service.
Q6: The scheduled feeding plan does not deliver food after powering on
Solution: Open the App to confirm the feeding plan is set successfully. If the device loses power, after powering on again, pair the device with Bluetooth via the App to obtain accurate local time and ensure the scheduled feeding plan is delivered on time.
