Identify all parts before starting assembly. Quantities are indicated.

  • Part A (x2): Greenhouse roof panels
  • Part B (x2): Greenhouse side panels
  • Part C (x1): Greenhouse front/back frame piece
  • Part D (x2): Greenhouse roof support beams
  • Part E (x2): Greenhouse roof ridge supports
  • Part F (x2): Greenhouse side frame pieces
  • Part a (x2): Raised bed side panels (slatted)
  • Part b (x4): Raised bed corner posts
  • Part c (x4): Raised bed base frame pieces
  • Part d (x2): Raised bed short end panels (slatted)
  • Part e (x4): Raised bed top frame pieces

Hardware Included

Check all hardware is present before starting assembly.

  • Screw 1 (M4 x 30 mm) (x29 + 1 spare)
  • Screw 2 (M4 x 20 mm) (x28 + 1 spare)
  • Screw 3 (M3 x 8 mm) (x8 + 1 spare)
  • Tool 4 (x1): Allen wrench/screwdriver

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach two Part b (corner posts) to one Part c (base frame piece) using two Screw 1 (M4 x 30 mm) for each connection. This forms a corner of the raised bed base.

Step 2

Attach another Part c (base frame piece) to the other end of the Part b corner posts from Step 1, using two Screw 1 (M4 x 30 mm) for each connection. This completes one side of the raised bed base.

Step 3

Attach two Part e (top frame pieces) to the top of the Part b corner posts using two Screw 1 (M4 x 30 mm) for each connection. This forms the top frame of the raised bed.

Step 4

Attach two Part a (slatted side panels) to the assembled base frame. Secure them to the Part b corner posts and Part c base pieces using Screw 2 (M4 x 20 mm). Ensure the slats face inwards.

Step 5

Attach the two Part d (slatted end panels) to the shorter ends of the raised bed frame, securing them to the Part b corner posts and Part c base pieces using Screw 2 (M4 x 20 mm). Ensure the slats face inwards.

Step 6

The raised bed base is now complete. It should have four slatted sides and a rectangular frame.

Step 7

Attach Part A (greenhouse roof panel) to the top of the raised bed structure. Secure it to the Part b corner posts and Part e top frame pieces using Screw 1 (M4 x 30 mm).

Step 8

Attach Part B (greenhouse side panel) to the side of the raised bed structure. Secure it to the Part b corner posts and Part e top frame pieces using Screw 1 (M4 x 30 mm).

Step 9

Attach Part C (greenhouse front/back frame piece) to the top of the structure, spanning between the two Part A roof panels. Secure it using Screw 1 (M4 x 30 mm).

Step 10

Attach Part D (greenhouse roof support beams) to the top of the structure, connecting the Part A roof panels. Secure them using Screw 2 (M4 x 20 mm).

Step 11

Attach Part E (greenhouse roof ridge supports) to the top of the structure, connecting the Part D beams. Secure them using Screw 3 (M3 x 8 mm).

Step 12

The assembly is complete. The final dimensions of the assembled cold frame planter are approximately 48 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 32.68 inches in height.
