- Filling Material: Options include synthetic fibres, natural fibres (cellulose), and down/feather, catering to different preferences and needs.
- Size: Available in Single (W150xL200cm), Double (W200xL200cm), and King (W240xL220cm).
Understanding Warmth Levels:
- Warmth Rating 1-2 (Cool): Ideal for those who overheat during sleep or prefer a light summer quilt. Suitable for warm bedrooms.
- Warmth Rating 3-4 (Warm): A good choice for those who feel slightly chilly but find thick quilts too warm. Suitable for rooms with moderate temperatures.

Selecting the right pillow depends on your sleeping style and filling preference:
- Preferred Sleeping Style: Pillows are designed for back, side, or stomach sleepers. If you change positions during sleep, choose based on your initial sleeping posture.
- Filling Materials: Options include synthetic fibres, cellulose, down/feather, and temperature/weight-sensitive foam.
Pillow Support by Sleeping Style:
- For back sleepers: A medium-height pillow provides optimal support for the head and neck, promoting full body relaxation.
- For stomach sleepers: A low pillow is recommended to reduce neck pressure and relax muscles.
- For side sleepers: A high pillow is best to align the head, neck, and spine, allowing for a straight and relaxed posture.
