- Avoid using extension cords. If necessary, use a No.14 AWG minimum size cord rated for at least 1875 watts, as extension cords may overheat.
- If the unit is brought in from cold temperatures, allow it to warm up to room temperature for several hours before plugging it in.
- Exercise caution with hot water and ensure reasonable supervision when children are present.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Locate the unit on an even, flat surface to prevent instability hazards.
- Place the unit away from direct sunlight and ensure at least 2 inches of space at the back and 4 inches on each side for ventilation. Keep away from high temperature sources.
- Ensure the power plug is accessible.
- Fasten drain caps tightly at the back of the unit before operation. Loose caps can cause water leakage.
- Do not plug in the power cord until you have read all instructions.

- Remove the strapping.
- Open the carton box.
- Remove the Styrofoam packing.
- Pull the unit straight up from the box.
- Remove the plastic bag.

Clean Your Unit Before First Using
It is strongly recommended to clean the unit thoroughly before first use:
- Remove the ice shovel from the ice-making chamber.
- Clean the exterior with a mild detergent solution and warm water. Avoid abrasive solvents and do not pour water on the entire shell.
- For the first use, place a clean water bottle upside down onto the smart device receptacle. Wait for water to fill the tanks and flow from faucets. Then, drain all water from the hot tank by opening its drain cap, and re-fasten the cap.
- Clean the ice-making chamber with diluted detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly. Drain water from the ice dispenser drain cap at the back and re-fasten it.
- If the unit will not be used for a long time, drain all water from both drain ports.
Prepare for Use
⚠️ Improper use of the grounded plug can result in electrical shock. If the power cord is damaged, contact customer service.
- Ensure the unit is not plugged into the main electrical outlet.
- Verify the drain cap on the back is tightly fastened before placing a water bottle.
- Place a water bottle vertically and upside down onto the smart device receptacle, applying slight pressure to pierce the bottle cap with the spigot. The unit accepts 2, 3, or 5-gallon bottles with pierceable caps.
- Open a water faucet to allow air to escape until water flows, then release the faucet tap.
- Plug the unit into a grounded power outlet. Do not plug in before water flows from all faucets.
DANGER: This unit must be properly grounded. It requires a standard 110-120V, 60Hz electrical outlet with a three-prong ground. Do not remove the ground prong.
If the unit was brought in from winter, allow it to warm up to room temperature for several hours before plugging it in.
Operate the Unit
Once plugged in, the POWER indicator will illuminate. You can then operate the hot water, cold water, and ice-making functions.
Hot Water Operation
Press the Hot Water Button. The Hot Water indicator will blink, indicating the heating element is working. When the indicator illuminates steadily, the water has reached the desired temperature. If the hot water runs out or the unit is refilled, the indicator will blink again as the element reheats. If there is no water in the hot tank initially or after draining, a warning sound and indicator may activate. Pressing the Hot Water button again will restart heating. Pressing the button again will turn off the heating to save energy.
Cold Water Operation
Press the Cold Water Button. The Cold Water indicator will blink, indicating the compressor is running to cool the water. When the indicator illuminates steadily, the cold water is ready. The indicator will blink again during the cooling process. Cold water and ice-making functions can operate simultaneously.
Ice-making Operation
- Press the "Ice-maker" button. The Ice-maker indicator will start to blink.
- The ice-making cycle takes 7 to 15 minutes, depending on ambient temperature.
- If there is insufficient water, the ice maker will stop automatically, and the Warning indicator will turn on.
- The ice maker stops automatically when the ice bin is full, and the Ice-maker indicator will illuminate steadily.
- Maintain hygiene in the water tank for ice making.
If the unit is not in use for a long time, drain all water from both drain ports.
How to Get Ice
Open the ice getting entrance door and use the provided ice scoop to retrieve ice.
Note: When using cold water and ice-making simultaneously, allow time for the cold tank water to reach the set temperature before ice-making begins. If cold water temperature rises or water is dispensed, the unit may revert to cold water operation after the current ice-making cycle finishes.
Electrical Diagram
The unit's electrical system includes components such as a compressor, heating element, solenoid valves, fan motor, water pump, and control boards (Main Control PCB, Operation PCB). These components are interconnected to manage the hot water, cold water, and ice-making functions.
Clean Your Unit During Regular Using
After three months of use, it is recommended to clean the unit. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wash with a wet soft cloth and mild dishwashing soap. Avoid chemical solvents. Do not pour water on the entire shell.
- Water Dispenser System: Disassemble the smart device and smart core by twisting counterclockwise. Wash with dishwashing fluid, rinse, and reassemble. Empty hot and cold tanks by unplugging drain caps. Clean inside parts with vinegar or a 2% citric acid solution to remove mineral scaling. Rinse well, drain, and re-fasten drain caps. Allow the unit to dry for two hours before plugging it back in.
- Ice-making Chamber: Remove the ice and water separator and ice storing plate by unscrewing. Wash with dishwashing fluid, rinse, and drain water from the ice dispenser drain cap. Rinse multiple times and re-fasten the cap. Clean the removed separator and plate with dishwashing fluid, rinse, and dry them before reinstallation.
Precaution
- When cleaning, use a wet soft cloth. Avoid erosive chemical solvents that could damage the finish. Be careful not to get water on electrical parts.
- Keep the unit away from walls for proper ventilation, and away from high temperatures or direct sunlight. Ensure ventilation openings are clear.
- If the unit will not be used for a long time, disconnect the power cord and drain all water from both drain caps. Fasten the drain caps tightly.
- Children are forbidden to touch the hot tap as it can cause burns.
