Factory restore pinhole
Device reset button

Before You Begin

To set up your TAP IP, you will need:

Meeting Room System Credentials / activation code
Ethernet Cable(s)
PoE enabled network OR PoE Injector and network (Ethernet or WiFi)

Setup

To set up your TAP IP, follow the on-screen prompts. Connect the device to a PoE enabled network or PoE Injector (not included).

Factory Reset

To perform a factory reset:

Press and hold the Pinhole Button (A) for 5 seconds.
Press the Reset button (B).
Release the Pinhole Button (A).
Release the Reset button (B).
