Front Side
The front of the DP20 features a 2.4-inch IPS HD display screen showing the current time, date, temperature, humidity, and charging status for each port. It displays input voltage and current, total power, and individual port details like voltage, current, power, and charging protocol. The device has multiple ports labeled as USB-A FC ports and Type-C FC ports, along with a wireless charging area on top.
Back Side
The back of the device includes a Bluetooth/WIFI antenna, a power cord port, a power ON/OFF switch, a DC output port, and a thermovent for heat dissipation.

Product Operation
1. Alloy Shell
Features a super anti-static isolation design with a silicone pad for wireless charging.
2. IPS HD Display Screen
Offers a redesigned interface with clearer and more delicate display effects. A short press on the button on the left allows switching between different views or devices.
3. 4+1+1 HD Fast Charging Port
Supports multiple fast charging protocols. Provides 44W power for single channels 1-3 and 60W for single channel 4, with a maximum total charging power of 200W. Features self-adapting channel status display for protocols like PD3.0/QC4.0/SCP/PE2.0, etc.
4. Precise Temp Control
Features auto temperature control without overheating. It starts charging from 40°C and stops until 38°C, maintaining a constant temperature. The device has a good heat dissipation channel to effectively reduce calorific value and ensure the safety of mobile phone charging.
5. Wide Range Voltage Input
Universal use worldwide, adapting to 100-240V AC supply voltage input.
Operation Steps of Charging
- Connect the DP20 to the power cord.
- Plug the power cord into a power outlet.
- Switch the device ON using the power button.
- Connect your mobile device via USB cable or place it on the wireless charging pad.
- Turn off the switch on the back of the host to shut down the DP20.
6. Support Wireless Charging
Supports wireless charging on the top of the DP20 with a maximum power of 15W. Charging data can be detected in real-time. The screen can display data for up to 5 devices and 1 host simultaneously. It supports simultaneous output of Type-C, USB-A, and wireless charging.
7. WIFI Networking/OTA Upgrade/Bluetooth Interconnection
Upgrade and update via the AiXun platform. Connect DP20 with WIFI for remote control via the AiXun platform in a WeChat mini program. Supports OTA continuous upgrade through Type-C/WIFI/Bluetooth. Download the AiXun platform from the official website (https://www.aixuntech.com) or on PC. USB upgrade is available by connecting the Type-C port to a computer and using the AiXun software.
8. Curve Detection and Data Analysis
Perform current and voltage data analysis. Transmit data and upgrade through Bluetooth/WIFI. Select a channel during charging, long press to enter the digital interface, and then short press to switch to the curve interface. Connect with the AiXun platform via Type-C USB cable or wirelessly for clearer data analysis on a PC. The device supports charging current curve detection.
Precautions
To avoid power supply damage and maintain a safe working environment, observe the following:
- The product uses a three-wire grounding plug; ensure it is inserted into a three-hole grounding socket. Do not modify the plug or use an ungrounded adapter to avoid poor grounding. Use a grounded three-wire power cord if extending the wire.
- Contains built-in precision electronics; non-professionals should not disassemble the unit without authorization.
- Adjust strictly according to official parameters. Do not exceed the value range to prevent product damage and malfunction.
- Do not reverse connections, as this will cause a short circuit.
- Do not mix metal flakes or wire debris into the product, as this may cause electric shock, fire, or failure.
- Replace fittings only with original accessories.
- If the device is idle for a long time, store it in a dry environment.
- Do not expose the power supply to moisture. Do not operate or handle the power cord with wet hands.
- Please strictly follow this manual during use.
