Lippert Metal Latch Replacement on Driver Window

METAL LATCH REPLACEMENT ON THE DRIVER WINDOW

INDEPENDENT INSTRUCTION

Resources Required

Drill with 11/64" bit
Rear latch (04264)
Front latch (04263)
Rivets (4233)

Procedure

Drill out the rivets of the existing latch with a 1/8" drill. (Refer to Figure 1, which depicts a drill removing rivets).
Increase hole diameter with a 11/64" drill. (Refer to Figure 2, which illustrates the process of enlarging a hole with a drill).
Install the front latch (labeled 3A) and rear latch (labeled 3B) using the rivets provided. (Refer to Figure 3, showing the front and rear latch components).
