Neat Frame Home

The Neat Frame home screen provides quick access to various functions and information.

Home Display Features:

Set status
Connect a device
Manage notifications
Access system settings
Lock the device
Speed dial
View Call history
Access Voicemail
View upcoming meetings, chats, and file mentions

Navigation Options:

Access previous direct chats and meeting chats.
View saved contacts, search for people, and start a new chat or video call.
Access Voicemail.
Access files, Teams, Notes, and Organization. Customize the home page icons with the Re-Order option.
Join a meeting directly from the home screen.

How to Start or Join a Meeting

The Neat Frame integrates with your calendar to manage meetings.

Within the calendar view, select the camera icon ? to start a new meeting instantly.
To join an existing meeting, select the scheduled meeting from your calendar to Join or RSVP.

In-Meeting Controls

During a meeting, various controls are available for managing your call.

Key Controls:

Meeting Name: Displays the current meeting title and participants.
Start or Stop Video: Control your video feed with the ▶️ / ?▶️ icon.
Mute or Unmute: Manage your microphone status with the ? / ? icon.
Meeting Chat: Access the chat window ? to communicate with participants.
Meeting Participants and participant settings: View attendees and manage participant-specific settings ?.
Reactions and "more" settings: Access emoji reactions and additional options ?.
Volume Control: Adjust the audio output level ?.
End Meeting: Leave the current meeting ❌.
