Product Overview

The Neat Bar Pro is an advanced video conferencing device designed for modern meeting spaces. It integrates a comprehensive suite of audio and video technologies into a sleek, slimline form factor.

The device is capable of driving up to three large screens, features two high-resolution cameras, a sophisticated multiple microphone array, and three full-range speakers. It is ideal for delivering superior audio and video quality for various meeting scenarios, including huddle rooms, focus rooms, and larger conference rooms.

The Neat Bar Pro system includes a dedicated Neat Pad controller, which can also function as a Scheduling Display for meeting rooms. The system also incorporates integrated environmental sensors.

Simple Setup

Setting up the Neat Bar Pro and Neat Pad is designed to be straightforward. The package includes all necessary mounts, cables, and clear instructions, making installation accessible for users. The system can be mounted above, below, or between one, two, or three screens.

The available mounting options are:

  • Wall mount: Secures the device to a wall.
  • Screen mount: Attaches the device to a display screen mount.
  • Table stand: Allows the device to be placed on a table.

Neat Bar Pro: In the Box

The Neat Bar Pro package contains everything required to get started, including:

  • Neat Bar Pro: Video conferencing device
  • HDMI cable: 6.5ft (2m)
  • Ethernet cable: 9.8ft (3m)
  • Power cord: 9.8ft (3m)
  • Mount adapter, wall mount, screen mount, and table stand

Hardware included for mounting:

  • 4 × M8 screws (0.94 in / 24 mm) for VESA mount
  • 4 × M6 screws (0.94 in / 24 mm) for VESA mount
  • 2 × spacers (to secure parallel TV mount)
  • 1 × 5 mm hex key for the screen mount
  • 1 × 2 mm hex key for the mount adapter

For dual or triple screen setups, additional screw bags are provided:

  • 4 × M8 screws (0.94 in / 24 mm) for VESA mount
  • 4 × M6 screws (0.94 in / 24 mm) for VESA mount
  • 4 × spacers (to secure alignment of all screens)

Neat Pad: In the Box

The Neat Pad package includes everything needed for its setup and mounting options:

  • Neat Pad: 8-inch touch screen
  • 2 × Ethernet cable: 9.8ft (3m) + 16.4ft (5m)
  • PoE power adapter
  • Mount adapter, side mount, and wall mount

Hardware included for mounting:

  • 4 × M4 screws (0.30 in / 7.5 mm) for the wall mount
  • 3 × M4 screws (0.19 in / 4.7 mm) for the side mount
  • 1 × 2.5 mm hex key for the adapters
  • 1 × 2 mm hex key to secure Neat Pad to the wall mount

Mounting & Releasing

Mounting

To mount the Neat Bar Pro:

  1. Slide the Neat Bar Pro onto the selected mounting option (1).
  2. When fully inserted, tilt the Neat Bar Pro back to a horizontal position.
  3. Check if the device is secure by carefully pulling it towards you.

Releasing

To release the Neat Bar Pro:

  1. Tilt the Neat Bar Pro fully forward (1).
  2. Pull the device towards you (2) until it stops.
  3. The red release lever will appear (3). Push this lever upwards.
  4. Gently pull the Neat Bar Pro off the mount adapter.

Setup & Connectivity

Setup Instructions

Use the provided cables to set up the Neat Bar. Connect the cables according to the illustrations. Cables marked with a solid line are included. Cables marked with a dashed line are optional and not required for basic system use.
