1. SAFETY

1.1. BEFORE YOU BEGIN

The device is designed for inflating car, motorbike and bicycle tyres and could be used for inflatables given the right connector.

Generally acknowledged accident prevention regulations and enclosed safety instructions must be observed. Only perform work

described in these instructions for use. Any other use is improper. The manufacturer will not assume responsibility for damage resulting

from such use.

To operate this device safely, the user must have read and understood these instructions for use before using the device for the first time.

If the product is rendered defective it must either be professionally repaired or taken out of service.

1.3. DEVICE-SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The gauge should be used as an indication of pressure only. We recommend the use of a dial pressure gauge for definitive reading.

Make sure you are positioned firmly and with a natural stance when working with the device.

Only work with good light and visibility.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they DO NOT play with the device.

Information on the device that is no longer legible must be replaced immediate.

2. INTRODUCTION

High power, steel framed foot pump with two Ø44 x 110mm aluminium barrels. Ø75mm dial type pressure gauge calibrated in psi and bar and ranges from 0-160psi and 0-10bar. Suitable for Presta and Schrader valve. Fitted with 650mm flexible pressure hose with locking connector. Fitted with safety locks for security.

4. OPERATION
4.1. To start using the foot pump, first release the safety locks on each side (Fig.1). Allow the foot pad to slowly rise. 4.2. Place the foot pump on a level, stable surface. 4.3. The connector has both Shrader (marked S) or Presta (marked P) valves . Apply appropriate connector to the valve of the tyre to be
inflated and then lock with locking lever ( (Fig.2)..

4.4. If you are working with any of the supplied ball spike or inflatables adapter (Fig.4) insert the desired adapter into the larger Schrader connector port and close the locking lever down (fig.1). Insert the other end of the adapter into the inflation orifice of the object to be inflated.
4.5. Observe gauge and pump evenly with moderate force and allow it to slowly return. Pump until the desired pressure is reached. 4.6. After the pump has been used compress the foot pump and lock.

5. MAINTENANCE

Transport in original packaging.

Keep the tyre pump clean by wiping with a damp cloth.

DO NOT allow water ingress into the tyre pump.

DO NOT use solvents to clean the tyre pump.

Store the tyre pump in a well ventilated and dry childproof area.

5.1. LIFE TIME OF THE MACHINE/DISPOSAL

Through years of normal wear, the tyre pump will eventually become unserviceable. When this happens ensure that it is disposed of in

accordance with local authority regulations.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
