Pairing
Before first use, pair the headset with a Bluetooth-enabled device. There are two pairing methods:
1) Easy Pairing
a) Slide the power switch to the "ON" position. b) If it's the first time pairing, the device automatically enters pairing mode. If previously paired but no device is in range, it enters pairing mode after 10 seconds. The LED indicator will be solid blue. c) On the device to pair, find the Bluetooth menu and search for new devices. d) Select "LG HBS750" from the list. e) If prompted for a Pass/Pin Code, enter 0000 (four zeros). f) Once paired, you will hear "Your headset paired.". The HBS-750 turns off if not paired within 3 minutes.
2) Manual Pairing (pairing with another phone or re-pairing)
a) With the power off, press the CALL button and slide the power switch to the 'ON' position simultaneously for 2 seconds. b) The LED indicator will show a solid blue light. Follow steps c) through f) from Easy Pairing.
Multi-connection
Advanced Multipoint
The HBS-750 supports connecting two devices simultaneously, allowing call waiting between both phones. To connect:
- Pair the headset with one Bluetooth-enabled handset (refer to pairing instructions).
- Turn off the headset.
- With the power off, press the CALL button and slide the power switch to 'ON' for 2 seconds to enter Manual Pairing mode.
- Pair and connect the headset with your second Bluetooth-enabled handset (this becomes your primary handset).
- Once connected, go back and connect the originally paired handset (this becomes your secondary handset).
NOTE: With two connected handsets (Multipoint), calling functions operate with the primary handset. If Easy Pairing fails to connect to the primary phone, the HBS-750 will enter pairing mode.
Calling Function
Voice Dialing and Last Number Redial features work with the primary handset or the handset that made the last outgoing call.
Call Waiting
- While on an active call, press the CALL button for 1 second to switch to an incoming call.
- To switch between 2 active calls, press the CALL button for 1 second.
- To end both calls, briefly press the CALL button.
- If both handsets receive an incoming call, the headset defaults to the primary device.
Auto Reconnect
If the HBS-750 is turned off while connected to a handset, they will disconnect. The headset and handset will automatically reconnect when the HBS-750 is turned back on within range. The secondary handset may need manual reconnection by selecting "LG HBS-750" in the Bluetooth menu.
Out of Range
If paired devices are separated by more than 33 feet (10 meters), they disconnect, and the HBS-750 vibrates to alert. If vibrate is set to off (by pressing VOLUME UP for 3 seconds), it will not vibrate. If devices do not reconnect automatically when back in range, briefly press the CALL button to reconnect manually. In multi-connection and streaming, an inactive device out of range will disconnect and the HBS-750 will alert once without attempting reconnection.

Additional Information
1. Radio frequency exposure
This Bluetooth® Stereo Headset HBS-750 is a radio transmitter and receiver. It communicates with Bluetooth® equipped mobile devices by transmitting and receiving radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic fields (microwaves) in the 2.4 to 2.4835 GHz range. The headset is designed to comply with RF exposure guidelines and limits set by national and international health agencies when used with compatible LG Electronics mobile phones.
2. Potentially explosive atmosphere
Turn off your electronic device in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere. Although uncommon, electronic devices can generate sparks, which could cause an explosion or fire, leading to injury or death. Areas with potentially explosive atmospheres are often, but not always, clearly marked.
3. Emergency calls
IMPORTANT! This Bluetooth® headset and connected devices operate using radio signals, mobile and landline networks, and programmed functions, which cannot guarantee connection under all conditions. Never rely solely on any electronic device for essential communications like medical emergencies. To make or receive calls, the headset and connected device must be powered on and in an area with adequate mobile signal strength. Emergency calls may not be possible on all mobile networks or when certain network services/features are in use. Check with your local service provider.
4. Battery information
A rechargeable battery has a long service life if treated properly. New or long-unused batteries may have reduced capacity initially. Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures: above +60°C (+140°F) or below -20°C (-4°F). For maximum capacity, use the battery at room temperature. Battery capacity is reduced in low temperatures. Charging is optimal between +10°C (+50°F) and +45°C (+113°F). For safety, do not remove the integrated battery. For replacement, contact an authorized LG Electronics service point or dealer.
5. Recycling the battery in your Bluetooth® headset
The battery must be disposed of properly and not placed in municipal waste. LG Electronics service partners who remove the battery will dispose of it according to local regulations.
Limited Warranty
Subject to the conditions of this Limited Warranty, LG Electronics warrants this product to be free from defects in design, material, and workmanship at the time of original purchase by a consumer, and for a subsequent period of one (1) year. For warranty service, return the product to the dealer or contact your local LG Electronics contact center.
Important Safety Information
Avoiding hearing damage
Permanent hearing loss can occur from using the headset at high volumes. Set the volume to a safe level. Over time, you may become accustomed to higher volumes that sound normal but can be damaging. If you experience ringing in your ears or muffled speech, stop listening and have your hearing checked. The louder the volume, the less time is required before hearing could be affected.
Hearing experts suggest the following to protect your hearing:
- Limit the amount of time you use the headset at high volume.
- Avoid turning up the volume to block out noisy surroundings.
- Turn the volume down if you cannot hear people speaking near you.
Using Headsets safely
Using headsets to listen to music while operating a vehicle is not recommended and may be illegal in some areas. Be careful and attentive while driving. Stop using this device if it is disruptive or distracting while operating any vehicle or performing any activity requiring your full attention.
