Haier September 2025 Wine Cooler Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Overview

This promotion offers a free Haier Wine Bank 50 Series 3 HWS34GGH1K (rrp £349.00) to customers who purchase a selected Haier appliance from a participating retailer. Purchases must be made between 00:01 on 3rd September 2025 and midnight on 30th September 2025. A completed and valid claim must be received by the Promoter by midnight on 8th November 2025.

There is no alternative reward for this promotion. The promotion is limited to one 'Gift' per eligible appliance purchased, and other offers cannot be claimed in conjunction with it.

• Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements, and imperfect products are excluded.
• Appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (non-consumer purchases) are excluded.

Eligibility & Restrictions

This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland only. Employees of the Promoter and employees and close family members of retailers are excluded.

The promotion period is from 3rd September 2025 to 30th September 2025. Claims must be received by the Promoter by midnight on 8th November 2025.

How to Claim

1. Complete the online claim form at www.rewardsfromhaier.co.uk. Provide a full receipt showing the sale date and model number purchased, the product serial number, and full address.
2. Claims must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on 8th November 2025.
3. Purchasers must wait 28 days from the date of purchase before making a claim. If a claim is received before this period, the claimant must return to the website after 28 days and before midnight 8th October 2025 to submit a new claim.
4. If the appliance has not been delivered and the model number, MPN, or serial number cannot be provided, state the expected delivery date and complete the claim after delivery, before midnight 8th November 2025.
5. A copy of the original purchase receipt must be provided. Copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations are not accepted.

Claim Validation & Gift Delivery

Claims will be validated within 10 working days from submission. Claimants should allow up to 28 days from claim approval to receive the voucher code for their Gift.

Promoter's Rights & Conditions

• The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect information provided by the claimant.
• The Promoter reserves the right to investigate claims and require further verification to protect against fraudulent or invalid claims, and to reject such claims.
• The Gift will not be granted if the purchased product is returned to the retailer or if the terms and conditions are not met.
• By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• In the event of a return of the Haier appliance for a full refund, the refund is conditional upon the return of the Gift (Haier HWS34GGH1K Wine Cooler).
• The Promoter may withdraw, extend, or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

Governing Law

The Promotion is subject to the laws of England, Scotland, and Wales. The courts of England, Scotland, and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
