3.1. Choosing a Place for the Oven
When choosing a place for the oven, pay attention to the following points:
- Ensure there are no flammable or combustible materials in the close vicinity, such as curtains, oil, or cloth, which can quickly catch fire.
- Furniture surrounding the oven must be made of materials resistant to heat exceeding the room temperature by more than 50°C.
- Required changes to wall cabinets and exhaust fans above the built-in combined product, as well as minimum heights from the oven board, are shown in Figure 1. Accordingly, the exhaust fan should be at a minimum height of 65 cm from the hob board. If there is no exhaust fan, the height should not be less than 70 cm.
3.2. Installation of Built-in Oven
Cabinet cut-out sizes are specified for the built-in oven installation. Refer to the technical diagrams (not included here) for precise dimensions to ensure proper fitting into cabinetry.
3.3. Wiring and Safety of Built-in Oven
Follow these instructions without fail during wiring:
- The earthing cable must be connected via the screw with the earthing mark.
- Supply cable connection must be as shown in Figure 6 (refer to the original manual for diagram).
- If there is no earthed outlet conforming to regulations in the installation environment, call the Authorized Service immediately. The earthed outlet must be in close vicinity of the appliance. Never use an extension cord.
- The supply cable should not contact the product's hot surface. In case of any damage to the supply cable, make sure to call the Authorized Service. The cable must be replaced by the Authorized Service.

The Manufacturer Firm declares that it bears no responsibility whatsoever for any kind of damage and loss arising from not complying with safety norms!
Part 4: Using the Oven
4.1 Control Panels
The built-in oven features two main control knobs:
- Oven Function Control Knob: Used to select the desired cooking function (e.g., static cooking, grilling, lamp). Refer to Figure 11 for symbols.
- Oven Thermostat Knob: Used to adjust the desired temperature after setting the cooking function. The oven starts operating once the temperature is set (and the timer, if available, is adjusted). The thermostat signal light indicates operation. Refer to Figure 12 for temperature settings (e.g., 50°C to 250°C).
4.2. Using the Oven Function Control Button
The functions may vary slightly depending on the specific model.
- Oven Lamp: Turns on only the oven light, which remains on during all cooking functions.
- Static Cooking Function: The oven's thermostat and warning lights turn on, and the lower and upper heating elements operate. This function emits heat for even cooking of food from the top and bottom, ideal for pastries, cakes, baked pasta, lasagne, and pizza. Preheating the oven for 10 minutes is recommended, and it is best to cook on only one shelf at a time.
- Grilling Function: The oven's thermostat and warning lights turn on, and the grill heating element operates. This function is used for grilling and toasting foods. Use the upper shelves of the oven. Lightly brush the wire grid with oil to prevent sticking and place food in the center. Always place a tray beneath to catch drips. Preheating for about 10 minutes is recommended. Warning: When grilling, the oven door must be closed, and the oven temperature should be adjusted to 190°C.
- Faster Grilling Function: The oven's thermostat and warning lights turn on, and both the grill and upper heating elements operate. This function is for faster grilling and covering a larger surface area, such as grilling meats. Use the upper shelves. Lightly brush the wire grid with oil and place food in the center. Always place a tray beneath to catch drips. Preheating for about 10 minutes is recommended. Warning: When grilling, the oven door must be closed, and the oven temperature should be adjusted to 190°C.
Oven Functions Table
The following table provides recommended settings for various cooking tasks. Note that rack numbers typically start from the bottom (1) to the top.

4.8. Accessories Used in the Oven
It is recommended to use containers suitable for the food being cooked. Glass containers, cake cutters, and special oven trays suitable for your oven are available on the market. Pay attention to the manufacturer's information regarding container use.
- If small-sized containers are used, place them on the inner wire grill so they are precisely in the middle.
- For enamelled containers, deformation might be observed due to high temperatures if the food does not completely cover the tray, or if the tray is used to collect dripping juices during grilling. This is a normal physical state resulting from heat transfer.
- Do not leave a glass tray or container in a cold environment immediately after cooking. Do not place them on cold and wet surfaces. Ensure they cool off slowly by placing them on a dry cloth. Otherwise, the glass tray or container might break.
- If performing a grill operation, use the grill pan supplied with the product (if included). This prevents splattering oils from dirtying the oven interior.
- If using the large wire grill, insert a tray into one of the lower racks to avoid oil accumulation. Add some water to the tray to make cleaning easier.
- For grilling, use the 3rd or 4th rack and oil the grill to prevent food from sticking.
Rack Positions:
- 5. rack (Top)
- 4. rack
- 3. rack
- 2. rack
- 1. rack (Bottom)
Accessories Description:
- Wire grid: Used for grilling or placing different containers other than the cooking tray on it.
- Deep tray: Used for baking stews and collecting drips.
WARNING: Fit the grid correctly into any corresponding rack in the oven cavity and push it to the end.
Part 5: Cleaning and Maintenance of Your Oven
5.1. Cleaning
Before starting to clean your oven, ensure all control buttons are off, the appliance is cooled off, and it is unplugged.
- Do not use cleaning materials containing particles that might scratch the enamelled and painted parts of your oven. Use cream cleaners or liquid cleaners that do not contain particles. Avoid caustic creams, abrasive cleaning powders, rough wire wool, or hard tools, as they might harm the surfaces.
- In the event of excess liquids spilling over your oven, they may burn and cause damage to the enamel. Clean up spilled liquids immediately.
- Do not use steam cleaners for cleaning the oven.
Cleaning the Interior of the Oven
- Ensure the oven is unplugged before cleaning.
- You will obtain the best results if you clean the oven interior while it is slightly warm.
- Wipe your oven with a soft cloth dampened with soapy water after each use. Then, wipe it again with a damp cloth and dry it.
- For a complete cleaning using dry and powder-type cleaners, follow product instructions.
- For products with catalytic enamel liners, the rear and side walls of the inner frame do not require cleaning. However, depending on usage, it is recommended to replace them after a certain period.
Cleaning the Hob Part of the Built-in Oven
- For built-in combined products, hobs should be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth.
- Cleaning of stainless steel parts should be done only with water, and these parts should be wiped dry with a soft cloth or chamois.
- Gaps and corners should be cleaned using liquid detergents or lukewarm vinegar.
- When cleaning the lids of models with upper glass lids, use hot water and a rough cloth. Try to clean without rubbing/scrubbing. Liquid detergents can be used if necessary.
- The glass lid should not be closed until the hob is completely cooled off.
Cleaning the Vitroceramic Glass Burner
- Unplug the appliance before starting cleaning.
- Wait for the vitroceramic glass to completely cool off before starting cleaning.
- Ensure that the cleaning materials you use do not contain particles that might scratch the glass. Use cream detergents or liquid detergents.
- The vitroceramic surface should be wiped with cold water and dried with a soft cloth until no cleaning material remains on the surface.
- You can use the cleaning spatula supplied with your product for cleaning spilled foods and residues. Dirts that are difficult to remove, such as melted plastic, heavy oils, or sweet substances, can be removed easily with the spatula.
- Caution: The spatula includes a razor blade and is dangerous; keep it out of reach of children.
- During cleaning with the spatula, pay attention not to scrape off the silicone adhesives found on the sides of the glass.
- Scrubbing with steel cleaning wires may harm the vitroceramic glass surface. Formation of dust on the surface should be cleaned up using a damp cloth.
- Changes in color that might occur on the ceramic glass surface do not affect the functional structure or permanence of the vitroceramic. The reason for color changes is not a material defect; it may be due to burnt residues not being cleaned up, the pots used wearing the glass surface, or the use of unsuitable cleaning materials.
5.2. Maintenance
Replacing the Oven Light
- The oven lamp must be replaced by an authorized technician.
- The bulb rating should be 230V, 25Watt, Type E14, T300.
- Before changing the lamp, the oven should be unplugged and cooled down.
- The lamp design is specific for household cooking appliances and not suitable for household room illumination.
Part 6: Service and Transport
6.1. Requirements Before Contacting Service
- If the oven does not operate: The oven may be unplugged, or there might be a power outage. On models fitted with a timer, the time may not be regulated.
- If the oven does not heat: The heat may not be adjusted with the oven's heater control switch.
- If the interior lighting lamp does not light: Electricity supply must be checked. Check if the lamps are defective. If they are defective, follow the guide for replacement (refer to Maintenance section).
- Cooking issues (e.g., lower-upper part does not cook equally): Check shelf locations, cooking period, and heat values according to the manual.
If you still have any problems with your product after these checks, please call the "Authorized Service".
6.2. Information Related to Transport
If you need to transport the appliance:
- Keep the original packaging. Carry the product in its original case when needed. Follow the transport signs on the case.
- Tape the cooker's upper parts, handles, and saucepan carriers to the cooking panels.
- Place paper between the upper cover and cooking panel, cover the upper cover, then tape to the side surfaces of the oven.
- Tape cardboard or paper onto the front cover on the interior glass of the oven, suitable for the trays. This prevents the wire grill and trays from damaging the oven's cover during transport. Also, tape the oven's covers to the side walls.
- If the original case is not available: Take measures for external surfaces (glass and painted surfaces) of the oven against possible blows.
Certificate of Guarantee
The presentation of the purchase invoice accompanied by this guarantee certificate is essential.
Covered Risks
This appliance is guaranteed against any malfunction, provided it is intended for domestic use. Repairs will be carried out within the warranty period by the authorized service network only. Corberó will handle any possible incident due to a defective component or manufacturing fault.
Warranty Exceptions
- The date on the certificate does not coincide with the date of sale on the original invoice.
- Faults produced by impact, fall, or any other cause of force majeure.
- If the device has been tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
- Faults produced or derived as a consequence of improper use, installation defects, or modifications to the device that alter its operation.
