The TRIRON series controllers are modular-designed products based on nine MPPT solar controller models. The main unit (Power Module) is a solar controller which can be integrated with different display and interface modules to meet a variety of functional requirements. The master and slave interface module can synchronize and view the controller and inverter operating data on the LCD.
The MPPT control algorithm optimizes the charging process to ensure minimum power point loss rate and loss time, and quickly tracks the maximum power point to obtain the maximum solar energy of the PV array in any environment. The TRIRON controller also features an automatic limit function for charging power and current, preventing damage even when connected to oversized PV modules (the actual working value will not exceed the rated value).
The controller utilizes a three-stage charging mode and possesses a perfect electronic protection function, which effectively extends battery life, improves system performance, and ensures system safety, stability, and long-term operation. TRIRON controllers are widely used in RVs, telecommunication base stations, household systems, and field monitoring.

Module Introduction
Display modules include Base (DB1), Standard 1 (DS1), and Standard 2 (DS2). Interface modules include UCOMS (UCS), RCOMS (RCS), RCOMM (RCM), and Dual USB (USB1).
Display Modules:
- DB1 (Base Module): LED indicators display controller operating status and battery capacity. Buttons allow manual switching of load on/off and clearing errors.
- DS1 (Standard Module 1): LCD displays basic operating data (voltage, current, power) and allows setting of parameters. When used with an RCM interface module, it can synchronously display inverter operating data.
- DS2 (Standard Module 2): LCD displays detailed operating data (voltage, current, power, capacity) and allows setting of parameters. When used with an RCM interface module, it can synchronously display inverter operating data.
Interface Modules:
- UCS Module: Controller as slave, allowing PC software and mobile app to remotely monitor status via COM port.
- USB1 Interface Module: Provides USB output for powering DC devices.
- RCS Module
- RCM Module: Connects to EPEVER inverters.
- CCV Module: An empty board module without communication interface.
Interface Module Naming Rules:
- COM Port: 'S' for Slave, 'M' for Master, 'C' for COM port.
- Output Type: 'U' for USB (power to DC devices), 'R' for Relay (dry contact output for remote switching).
Note: CCV module is an empty board module. RCM module can only connect to EPEVER inverters.
