7. Common After Sales Questions

  1. The display cannot be turned on? The cigarette lighter receiver may have poor contact. Try plugging it in tighter.
  2. A tire is not displayed during use? Ensure the display is not too close to other electronic devices. Move the display to a new position and drive for 5 minutes.
  3. Doubt the tire pressure of the sensor is inaccurate? Inflate or deflate the tire to check for changes on the monitor. Swap sensors between tires to compare readings.
  4. Sensor does not work after using it for a period of time? The battery may be low. Replace with a new CR2032 battery.
  5. Pressure increase during driving? This is normal due to tire temperature rise.
  6. The brightness of the display is dim when the car is exposed to the sun? High internal car temperature can cause the display to dim. Brightness will return to normal as the temperature drops.
  7. Same tire pressure, some sensors alert and some do not? Reference tire pressure is calibrated automatically. Differences in installation pressure can lead to varied alerts.
  8. Tire pressure is too high, after deflating to the required pressure, how to deal with the alert? Reinstall the sensor after deflating the tire. The sensor will recalibrate, and the alert will stop.
  9. How to hide the tractor or trailer on the display when it is disconnected? If no sensor data is received for over 8 minutes, the tractor/trailer will be hidden.
  10. All tire pressure of the trailer disappear on the display? Similar to above, if no trailer sensor data is received for over 8 minutes, it will be hidden. It will reappear when signals are received again.
  11. Repeater icon flashing? This indicates the display is not receiving the repeater signal.
