Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials and labels.

- Fill the coffee pot to the MAX line with water, bring to a boil, pour out the water, and repeat the process. This removes any dust or residue from manufacturing.
Boiling Water
- Fill the coffee pot with the desired amount of water, ensuring it is not less than the MIN line and not above the MAX line. Do not overfill.
- Connect the power cord to the outlet and switch the unit ON using the ON/OFF switch. The light indicator will turn on.
- WARNING: The coffee pot will NOT switch off automatically when water has come to a boil. Be careful and do not leave the appliance unattended!
- When the water comes to a boil, switch the unit OFF manually.
- Push the ON/OFF switch to turn OFF the coffee pot; the light indicator will turn off.
After use, unplug the appliance and pour out any unused water. Allow 60 to 90 seconds for the appliance to cool down before switching on again. If the coffee pot boils dry, wait 15 minutes for the unit to cool before refilling with cold water. Do not turn on the appliance if it is empty, as the overheat control will engage and switch the unit off automatically. If this happens, after the unit has cooled down, the power will switch on again. To avoid switching on in a dry state, ensure the appliance is turned off.
Steam escaping from the coffee pot is hot!
Cleaning and Maintenance
