Product Overview

Charging

Connect the included USB cable to the charging port on the side of the headphones and a working USB power source. The charging status light will turn red and then blue once the charging cycle is completed.

Note: The headset will not be operated while charging.

Action: Recharge the headphones in full before using them for the first time.

Power On / Off

Press and hold the power button (⏻) until "Power on" plays to turn on the headphones.

Press and hold the power button (⏻) until "Power off" plays to turn off the headphones.

ANC On / Off

Press the ANC button twice to turn on ANC function, followed by the voice prompt "ANC On" with the indicator light turning white.
Press the ANC button twice to turn off ANC function, followed by the voice prompt "ANC Off".

Bluetooth Pairing

Turn on the headphones by long-pressing the power button (⏻). Enable the Bluetooth feature on your device and initiate the search function (the indicator light will flash in blue and red simultaneously).
Select the Bluetooth ID "OTPSTHP" and confirm to pair. The voice prompt "Bluetooth Connected" will be played once connected.

Note: Disable the Bluetooth feature on the connected device after use. By default, the headphones will automatically search and pair with the last connected device after being turned on.

Playing Music

After pairing, launch music apps on your mobile device. Press the power button (⏻) to start playing music and press again to pause.

Skipping Music Track

Long press the '+' button to skip to the next track.
For Android devices, long press the '-' button to skip to the previous track.
For iOS devices, long press the '-' button twice to skip to the previous track and long press once for replay.

Volume Up / Down

Short press the '+' or '-' button once to adjust the volume to the desired level.

Note: Control over different programs may vary based on the version and setting of the program.

Hands-Free Conversation

Headphones play a ringtone when the connected device receives an incoming call.

Press the power button (⏻) to pick up the incoming call.
Press the power button (⏻) again to end the phone call.
Press and hold the power button (⏻) to reject the incoming call.

Note: The hands-free conversation feature allows users to remotely accept voice calls from direct number dial-in and certain instant messaging apps by pressing the power button (⏻) on the headphones. Some instant messaging apps may require users to confirm the acceptance of voice calls within the app only.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Possible Cause	Solution
Audio from headphones is lagging.	Signal interference from surrounding environment such as cellular signal tower and WIFI broadcast antenna.	Leave the premises to reduce the interference. Turn off the headphones and remove "OTPSTHP" from your mobile device's list. Re-initiate the pairing process.
The headphones cannot be recharged.	A loose connection on the USB charging cable between the charging case and USB power source. USB power source is not working.	Check both connections of the USB charging cable. Check the status of the USB power source.
Headphones cannot be paired with the mobile device.	The pairing steps were missed. Previous connected devices have not yet disconnected from the headphones. Battery level is low.	Turn off the headphones and go through the pairing steps again. Check the Bluetooth setting on the previous connected device to either turn off the Bluetooth function or remove "OTPSTHP" from the list of devices. Recharge the headphones.
