2.1 Product Function and Intended Use: The EUT (equipment under test) is a SJÖSS USB Charger. Further information is available in the user's manual.

- Output: 5.0 V 3.0 A 15.0 W, 9.0 V 2.22 A 20.0 W, 12.0 V 1.67 A 20.0 W, 15.0 V 1.33 A 20.0 W

2.3 Independent Operation Modes: The basic operation mode is continuously operating with matching load.
2.4 Description of interconnecting cables: None.
2.5 Noise Generating and Noise Suppressing Parts: Refer to the circuit diagram for further information.
2.6 Highest frequency generated or used: The highest frequency used in the EUT is less than 108 MHz.

Test Set-up and Operation Modes
3.1 Principle of Configuration Selection: The EUT was configured to measure its highest possible emission level. Test conditions were adapted according to instructions for use. Radiated emission tests were performed on 2024-12-14, and conducted emission tests were performed on 2024-10-30.
3.2 Equipment and cable arrangement:
Conducted Emission Setup: A block diagram shows the EUT connected to a LISN, EMI receiver, Computer, Transformer, and Power Supply.
Radiated Emission Setup: A block diagram shows the EUT connected to an EMI receiver, Computer, and Antenna.
3.3 Test Software: No special test software was used during the tests.
3.4 Special Accessories and Auxiliary Equipment: Matching load was used for USB port load during all testing.
3.5 Countermeasures to achieve EMC Compliance: No other special measures were employed.
Conformity Decision Rule
For all EMI tests in this report, compliance with limits is determined by comparing measurement results directly with corresponding limits, without considering measurement uncertainties, as the measurement uncertainties are less than the values specified in CISPR 16-4-2.

5.1 Emission in the Frequency Range up to 30 MHz

The measurement setup was made according to ANSI C63.4-2014 in a shielded room. The equipment complies with CISPR 16-1 standards. The EUT was placed on a wooden support, 0.8 m away from the AMN. Excess cable was folded to form a bundle of 0.3-0.4 m. Tests were performed on the neutral and phase lines.
The spectral diagrams show Quasi-Peak and Average measurement results.

The radiated disturbance test was carried out in a semi-anechoic chamber with a 3 m test distance. The EUT was placed on a 0.8 m high wooden table. The table was rotated 360°, and the antenna height was varied from 1 m to 4 m. Tests were performed with horizontal and vertical antenna polarizations.
The spectral diagrams show quasi-peak test results (marked with 'x').
Note 1: Measurement was made up to 1 GHz as the highest internal frequency of the EUT is less than 108 MHz.
Note 2: FCC Class B limits are stricter than ICES-003:2020 for a 3 m test distance.
