06 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Failure to comply with the safety requirements described in this manual may lead to device malfunction or injury.

• During setup and use of the device, strictly adhere to the provisions of this manual.
• The device is not recommended for use with animals younger than 3 months.
• The device is intended for indoor use only.
• Do not leave the device under direct sunlight or near open flames.
• Although the device operates on a small amount of electrical energy, a pet may still get injured if it tries to chew through the wire. Please ensure your pet does not chew on the wire.
• The device must be installed only on a flat, horizontal surface.
• Do not overturn the device to avoid improper operation or water leakage.
• It is forbidden to immerse the device and the power adapter in water.
• If the device is not used for a long time, disconnect it from the power source.
• Children are forbidden to use the device without adult supervision.
• Do not attempt to repair the device yourself to avoid damage or accidents. For repairs, contact a specialist.
• In case of problems with the device, contact customer support.

SECTION 1: WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

This warranty card confirms the quality of the product and grants the right to warranty repair and replacement of defective components. All warranty conditions are valid within the framework of consumer protection legislation and are regulated by Ukrainian law. Technical maintenance of the equipment is not included in the list of works performed under warranty obligations. The company reserves the right to refuse warranty repair in case of non-compliance with the conditions stated below.

SECTION 2: WARRANTY CONDITIONS

• The warranty is valid provided that the warranty card is correctly filled out, indicating the full model name, product serial number, date of sale, warranty period, clear seals of the selling company, and complete information about the installer company, including the full name of the specialist responsible for installation work, a completed commissioning protocol, and an act of readiness of the equipment for commissioning.
• The warranty does not apply if the factory marking or serial number is damaged, illegible, has traces of re-gluing, or is missing on the equipment.
• The warranty does not apply in case of violation of equipment transportation and storage rules.
• The warranty does not apply if the equipment is used for purposes other than intended.
• The warranty does not apply in case of changes to the equipment's design or modifications, as well as the use of parts, components, software, consumables, cleaning materials not provided for by regulatory documents.
• The warranty does not apply in case of equipment damage caused by the consumer or a third party.
• The warranty does not apply if the equipment malfunction is caused by force majeure (fire, lightning strike, flooding, natural disasters, etc.).
• The warranty does not apply if equipment damage is caused by non-compliance with State Standards for power parameters, telecommunication, cable networks, unregulated voltage fluctuations, and other malfunctions of power lines, leading to characteristic damage to power circuits, components, contacts, and compressors.
• The warranty does not apply if the equipment is operated in violation of the terms of use specified in the operating instructions.
• The warranty does not apply if there are signs of third-party interference or an attempt at unauthorized repair of the equipment.
• The warranty does not apply in case of equipment damage caused by foreign objects, chemicals, liquids, dust, insects, etc., entering the product.
