This platform serves as the backbone for Xerox's production workflow solutions, enabling automated and integrated processes across various market needs, including web-to-print, automated finishing, and digital publishing.
Key Features and Functionality
Xerox® FreeFlow® Core offers a modular and configurable design, allowing users to tailor workflows to their specific needs. The user interface is organized into several key tabs:
- Job Management and Status: For submitting and managing print jobs.
- Printer Management and Status: For managing and monitoring printing operations.
- Workflow Setup: For administrators to configure and manage workflows.
- Administration: For managing hot folders, notifications, user access, and regional settings.
- Region: For managing regional measurement units.
The system supports multiple languages, including English, French, Italian, Russian, Dutch, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. The user interface language is determined by the web browser's locale settings.
User Roles
Xerox® FreeFlow® Core supports different user roles with varying levels of access:
- Administrator: Has full access to the entire system, including all tabs and utilities.
- Operator: Has access to job management, status monitoring, and core client utilities.
Users are automatically logged off after 30 minutes of inactivity.
