Promotion Organizer
The organizer of the Big Screen Promotion is Samsung Electronics Switzerland GmbH, Giesshübelstrasse 30, 8045 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung").
Promotion Details
During the Big Screen Promotion period (04.08.2025 – 31.08.2025), participants will receive a complimentary gift with the purchase of one of the following eligible devices after applying the voucher code BIGTV25. This promotion can be combined with other promotions.
This promotion is exclusively valid for the following eligible Samsung products purchased from the Samsung Online Shop.

Promotion Period
The promotion is valid from 04 August 2025 to 31 August 2025. The purchase date on the receipt is considered the valid date. Participations with a purchase date outside the promotion period will not be considered.
Eligibility
Eligible participants are end customers (customers purchasing products for their own use) residing and with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Returns and Deductions
In case of a return of an eligible product (revocation of the purchase contract), there is no entitlement to the respective benefit. In case of an incomplete return, the difference may be charged.
Samsung's Rights
Samsung reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or prematurely terminate the promotion at any time in case of technical failures or other important reasons.
Samsung reserves the right to declare participations invalid if they involve incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information, and to take legal action against culpable participants if necessary.
Data Privacy
Personal data provided during participation in the promotion will be processed exclusively for the proper execution of the promotion in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy (available at http://www.samsung.com/ch/info/privacy/). Personal data will be stored by Samsung only to the extent and for the duration necessary for the execution and processing of the promotion. The data will be deleted thereafter, provided that no statutory retention obligations exist.
Governing Law
This promotion is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
