Product Overview

The PFXi series of spectrophotometric colorimeters offers a unique concept for liquid color control: RCMSi (Remote Calibration & Maintenance Service via Internet). This technology allows for remote calibration and maintenance via the internet, saving time and money on technical support and ensuring compliance with standards. A dedicated video demonstrates the simplicity of RCMSi.

The extended optical path measurement cell is ideal for measuring extremely unsaturated, light samples and for color scales requiring such path lengths, including Lovibond® RYBN and AOCS Tintometer® scales, ensuring compliance with AICS, ISO, and ASTM standards.

The PFXi-880, -950, and -995 models can be ordered with an optional integrated heating unit. This is crucial for materials like fats and waxes, where sample temperature must be maintained at least +10°C above the "cloud point".

A 16-wavelength filter provides high precision and accuracy for spectral data.

The PFXi series delivers absolute results through automated, objective measurement, minimizing human error. Unified values conform to international standards, displaying results directly via traditional measurement scales or CIE and spectral data.

The robust steel construction is resistant to chemicals, making the PFXi suitable for harsh environments. Maintenance is simplified by a removable sample cell, which can be easily detached for cleaning or replacement if spills occur.
