1: Touch And Key Operation Instructions

This section details how to interact with your Smart Watch using touch gestures and physical keys.

Touch Operations:

• Swipe Up: Accesses SMS Notifications. ⬆️
• Swipe Down: Opens the Control Interface. ⬇️
• Swipe Left: Navigates to the Function Interface. ⬅️
• Swipe Right: Opens the Quick Sidebar. ➡️

Key Operations:

The Smart Watch features an On/Off Key, also known as a Rotary Button.

• Long Press ON/OFF Button: Used for powering the device on (1. Power on) or off (2. Power off). ▶️ / ⏹️
• Short Press ON/OFF Key:
  • 1. Awaken the screen. ?
  • 2. Display the UI list. ?
  • 3. Return to the previous menu. ↩️

2: Watch Charging

Your Smart Watch uses magnetic charging. Connect the charging cable to the watch and a power source.

Charging Process:

• One end of the charging cable connects to a USB charging adapter or a computer's USB port.
• The other end of the cable attaches magnetically to the contact points on the back of the watch.
• The watch screen will display the charging indication, and charging will commence. ?

Note: For optimal charging, use a USB charger with an output current of 1A or above, or a computer's USB interface.

3: Download Installation APP

To unlock full functionality, download and install the companion mobile application.

Methods to Install:

• Scan QR Code: Use your mobile phone's camera to scan the QR code provided in the app. ?
• Direct Download:
  • For Android devices: Navigate to the Google Play Store.
  • For Apple devices: Navigate to the Apple App Store. ?

Once in the respective app store, search for "FitCloudPro" and install the application.

Mobile Phone System Requirements

• Android: Version 5.1 and above
• iOS: Version 8.2 and above

4: Connect the Watch

Pair your Smart Watch with your mobile phone using the FitCloudPro app.

Connection Methods:

1. Scan Code Connection:
   • Open the "FitCloudPro" app on your mobile phone.
   • Navigate to the "Device" column.
   • Tap the "Add Device" icon (usually located at the top right).
   • Scan the QR code displayed on the watch to pair and bind the devices.
2. Manual Connection:
   • Ensure your mobile phone's wireless (Bluetooth) is turned on.
   • Open the "FitCloudPro" app and go to the "Device" column.
   • Tap "Add Device" and manually select your watch to connect.

Important Pairing Notes:

• Battery Level: Before pairing, ensure the watch's battery is above 20% to prevent pairing failure due to insufficient power.
• Wireless & Audio: During pairing, ensure your mobile phone's wireless is enabled. The watch's call audio and media audio should be open.
• Audio Control: To turn off call audio or media audio, tap the phone icon within the watch interface. ?
• Synchronization: If the watch is not connected to the mobile app for an extended period, or if power is cut off, the time may become inaccurate. Re-synchronization via the app is required.

5: Functions on Smart Watch

Your Smart Watch supports a wide range of features, including:

• Answer/dial calls ?

6: FitCloudPro APP Function

The FitCloudPro app enhances your smartwatch experience with several key functions:

1. Wireless Data Transmission: When connected, the watch instantly synchronizes data such as weather, notifications, sports, and health metrics with your mobile phone. This data is not synchronized after disconnecting or turning off wireless.
2. Watch Faces: Choose from over 100 available watch faces. You can also download and customize watch faces directly through the FitCloudPro app.
3. Notifications Sync: Enable this feature to sync relevant information to your smartwatch. Supported applications include: Phone, Messages, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram, Skype, KakaoTalk, Line, and others.

7: Product Parameters

Matters Needing Attention

• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product without authorization.
• Avoid colliding the product violently to prevent damage.
• Please avoid using the device in strong magnetic fields, direct sunlight, or high-temperature environments.
• This product is not intended for disease diagnosis, treatment, or prevention.

Common Problem Handling

The watch cannot be switched on:

• Ensure the power key is pressed for more than 3 seconds.
• The battery may be too low; please charge it promptly.

Wireless is not connected or cannot be connected:

• Try restarting the watch and reconnecting.
• Try restarting your mobile phone's wireless connection and reconnecting.
• Ensure your mobile phone is not connected to other wireless devices simultaneously.
