- DO NOT wear loose footwear or clothing that may become caught in the wheels or any other moving parts.
- It is recommended that you not ride your bike fast when getting started. This can be ensured by setting the bike's maximum speed limit low until you are fully familiar with your new electric bike and its controls.
- ALWAYS be alert for people, animals, or any obstacles that may appear in front of you while riding your bicycle. Be aware that pedestrians and drivers may not expect the speed or responsiveness of your bike. Adjust your behavior accordingly. It is advisable to install warning devices to draw their attention, but always be ready to turn safely out of their way if needed. Do not focus on the LCD display for extended periods of time while riding.
- NEVER ride at a speed where your stopping distance exceeds your visibility. We do not recommend that you ride your bicycle at night or in an environment with poor visibility. If you have an emergency that makes it necessary to do so, keep your light on and limit your speed appropriately.
- DO NOT get the battery, its charger, or its power cord wet or operate them with wet hands.
- NEVER use the pedal assist system (PAS) or timed shutoff in any situation, road condition, or terrain where doing so might impair your control of your bicycle.
- NEVER adjust 03, 06, or 07 on the LCD display panel. Adjustment of these parameters should only be made when using the display with other compatible motorized wheels of differing voltage, diameter, or magnet arrangements. In any other case, any adjustment of these parameters should be undone immediately and the original settings restored before any further use of this bicycle.

FAQ and Suggest Solution
Battery cannot be charged normally / Battery indicator light is abnormal
Suggest Solution:
- Confirm the charging method is correct: Connect charger plugs to battery first, then power supply. A green light on the charger may indicate a power supply issue if the battery isn't charging; try reconnecting. 3 green and 1 red light on the battery indicator is normal when fully charged.
- If the battery still won't charge: Provide a video showing the charging process (battery, charger, and socket in a bright space) for seller assessment.
Charger and battery indicator status meaning:
- If charger indicator light is off: Try charging without the battery. If it remains off, the charger is damaged and needs replacement.
- If charger light is on but battery light is off: Measure battery voltage. For a 48V battery, normal charging voltage is 54.6-39V. If below 39V, the battery may not charge. It might need a charger that starts from 0V.
Fast battery drain
Suggest Solution:
- New bike voltage should be 54V when fully charged. 3 green and 1 red lights are normal after full charge. If the charger shows green, let it charge for another hour.
- Provide a video showing battery drain: Record kilometers at start of ride and after battery is exhausted. Battery voltage and cruising range relate to battery age.
Motor does not work/abnormal sound
Suggest Solution:
- First, check wiring. If wiring is normal, check the controller or handlebar.
- If abnormalities are found, provide a video to the seller and request replacement accessories.
PAS mode can't last
Suggest Solution:
Open the controller box and check the connection between the sensor and the controller for looseness or poor contact.
Gear Level cannot be adjusted
Suggest Solution:
The electric mountain bike has 3 riding modes:
- Throttle-only mode (motor): Switch display to Level 0, twist handlebar for motor power. Shift lever cannot be adjusted in this mode.
- Pedal-assist mode (pedal+motor): Switch levels via LCD display (1-5). Higher levels mean faster speed and more battery usage.
- Pedal-only mode (turn off display): Pedal and shift gears using the bike shifter (1-7).
Instrument display the error code
Suggest Solution:
When the instrument is abnormal and displays an error code, refer to the error code definitions to check for faulty parts.
Vehicle status code meaning
Refer to the error code table provided in the manual.
Instrument does not work
Suggest Solution:
- Situation 1: Battery is exhausted. Try charging the battery and turning it on again.
- Situation 2: Battery is charged but the instrument does not turn on. First, check for wiring issues. If wiring is fine, the instrument may be damaged and require replacement.
Instrument shows that the max speed cannot reach the initial value
Suggest Solution:
- Confirm the battery is fully charged.
- Check if the wheel diameter setting has been changed. Different wheel sizes (e.g., 26", 27.5", 28") affect speed readings.
Pedals fall off
Notice:
- The Right (R) and Left (L) pedals must be installed on the correct cranks (clockwise for right, counterclockwise for left).
- When installing for the first time, tighten pedals according to the installation video to prevent falling or damage.
- Regularly check pedals during riding. Tighten any loose pedals promptly to avoid damage.
Front fork is bent and the front wheel is out of alignment / Front wheel is unbalanced after installation
Suggest Solution:
Check the front fork installation direction. Rotate the front fork 180 degrees and straighten it before installation as per instructions (refer to P1 for correct installation direction).
