1. Connection

1. Insert the signal nano-receiver into a free USB port on your computer/laptop.
2. Install batteries in the device.
3. No drivers are needed. Drivers are built into the Windows operating system.
4. It takes several seconds for the operating system to recognize the device (maximum 1 minute).
5. The device is ready.

2. Troubleshooting

1. If the device does not work, try connecting it to another USB port or computer.
2. Make sure the device is compatible with your operating system.
3. If your device uses batteries, ensure they are charged and installed correctly.
4. If your wireless mouse does not work, it may be necessary to pair the receiver to the mouse. Use the pairing program on our website to do this. (www.defender-global.com)
5. If the problem persists, contact the Defender service center or the dealer where you purchased the product.
