Quick Start Guide
- Attach your MacBook charger or USB C charger (NOT included) to the PD3.0 power port (③).
- macOS Users: Use the dual USB C head cable to connect the UDS-020 and MacBooks via Host1+Host2 ports. Windows Users: Use the single USB C cable to connect the dock and laptop via Host2 port.
- macOS Users: Connect two monitors via HDMI1+HDMI2 or HDMI1+VGA. Windows Users: Connect two monitors via HDMI2+VGA.
- Attach USB and USB-C devices (USB drive, keyboard, mouse, etc.) to the USB ports on both the front and back of the dock (⑤, ⑥, ⑩, ⑭, ⑮).
- Connect the SD or microSD(TF) card and quickly access files (⑫, ⑬).
- Connect the Ethernet cable to the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port (④).
- Connect speaker/headphones or microphone to the front audio port (⑪).
Display Configurations
Dual 4K Extended Mode: For USB C MacBook Pro/Air (NON-M1)
This setup allows for dual monitor connectivity to a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air (non-M1 chip). Monitor 1 supports HDMI 1 at 4K@60Hz, and Monitor 2 supports HDMI 2 at 4K@30Hz.

Dual HD Extended Mode: For USB C Windows/ChromeOS Laptop
This setup allows for dual monitor connectivity to a Windows or ChromeOS laptop. Monitor 1 supports HDMI 2 at 1080P@60Hz, and Monitor 2 supports VGA at 1080P@60Hz.
