Power on/off
Power On: Long press the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for 2 seconds. The headphone will power on.
Power Off: Long press the MFB button for 5 seconds. The headphone will power off.
If the headphones do not power on, please charge them using a Type-C charging cable.

Wireless Pairing
- Turn on the Bluetooth function on your cellphone/laptop.
- Open your X12 earbuds. The red and blue lights will flash on the headphones.
- Select "X12" on your phone or laptop and connect the device. The lights will turn off once connected successfully.

The headphone will automatically turn off if not connected to a device within 5 minutes.
Reset Earbuds
If the headphones cannot pair with your device, try the reset steps:
- Long press the "MFB" button and the "." button for 5 seconds.
- The red light will light up for 1 second and then turn off automatically, indicating a successful reset.

Note: After the reset is completed, the device will automatically power off. If you need to restart, please long press the "MFB" button for 2 seconds to power on.
Wearing
- Wear the headphone on your head.
- Adjust by twisting the headphone for comfort and a secure fit.

Earplugs
Using earplugs can enhance the audio performance of the headphones.
Silicone cord
The strap can be adjusted according to individual head shape or wearing habits to ensure a comfortable and secure fit.
Product Control
- Answer a call: Click "MFB" button once.
- End a call: Long press "MFB" button for 2 seconds.
- Reject call: Long press "MFB" button for 2 seconds.
- Voice Assistant: Long press "+" button for 2 seconds.
- Volume Up: Click "+" button once.
- Volume Down: Click "-" button once.
- ▶️ Play/Pause: Click "MFB" button once.
- ⏪ Previous Song: Double click "-" button.
- ⏩ Next Song: Double click "+" button.

Product Charging
- Use the Type-C charging cable to charge the headphones. The red light will indicate charging.
- When the headphone is fully charged, the blue light will turn on.

Safety For You
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean your device. Wipe them down with a slightly damp cloth if and when necessary.
- Do not expose the device to extremely high or low temperatures, as this may damage the battery or even deform the plastic parts.
- Do not throw your device into a fire to dispose of it. The internal battery may explode.
- Do not attempt to disassemble your device. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- Try not to drop your device and keep it away from sharp objects such as keys in your pockets.
- Only charge your device from 5V USB ports, such as phone chargers, laptops, or PCs.
- Never listen to music at high volumes, or you may permanently damage your hearing.
