Tubular Innovation
Our engineers pioneered and perfected the tubular heat exchanger design. You see, not all tubular designs are created equal. The Amana brand heat exchanger benefits from quality materials and advanced technologies that make it incredibly durable.
Bending Technology
The way pipes are bent in a tubular heat exchanger is crucial. Some competitors may simply bend the pipe, stretching the metal on the outer side and compressing it on the inner side of the pipe. Our process carefully molds the pipe to create precisely placed bends to reduce the likelihood of weak spots in the metal. And the bends have an added advantage: they create turbulence inside the pipe and direct more heat to the pipe walls for superior performance.
Manufacturing the Amana Brand Heat Exchanger
Undoubtedly, one of the most critical elements of any gas furnace is the heat exchanger. That's why we've invested so much time in designing, engineering, and manufacturing an efficient heat exchanger with a long lifespan. The Amana brand heat exchanger is made of 409 stainless steel tubes and is formed using a precision technological process. This manufacturing technology makes the difference for an Amana brand heat exchanger.

- Filtration: An effective air filter can help improve indoor air quality by filtering air particles. HEPA-type air purifiers offer bypass filtration. Media air purifiers are a more effective and convenient way to purify air than standard HEPA filters. Both options can help remove dust, lint, and other particles commonly found in the home.
- Humidification: Whole-home humidifiers add moisture to the conditioned air circulating in the home. Premium steam humidifiers help maintain comfortable humidity levels through electrode and cartridge technology. Evaporative humidifiers use the furnace's warm air to circulate evaporated moisture.
- Dehumidification: Whole-home dehumidifiers remove moisture from your home's air, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor environment. The dehumidifier can operate in conjunction with your central air conditioning system or independently as needed, automatically maintaining appropriate humidity levels throughout the year.
- Purification: Air purification systems are attached to the furnace or air handler and can help improve indoor air quality before the air is recirculated into the home.
- Ventilation: Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRVs) and Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) offer a simple, energy-efficient solution for ventilating well-insulated homes. HRV and ERV products ensure optimal comfort by using outgoing indoor stale air to condition incoming fresh air.
- Zoning: A zoned residential HVAC system redirects air to specific areas of the home, allowing for the creation of personalized temperature zones for increased comfort. Advanced, integrated controls monitor system static pressure to reduce air noise and ensure adequate system airflow.

DID YOU KNOW?
Energy efficiency means cost savings. A gas furnace's energy efficiency is primarily determined by two factors: its AFUE percentage (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency), which indicates what percentage of every dollar of natural gas purchased is actually used to heat your home; and the type of blower motor used in your furnace. When you choose an Amana brand furnace with a 90% or higher AFUE rating, your gas furnace is performing at its best.
ASURE EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN

Isn't your comfort worth a few cents a day? Asure eliminates the cost of unexpected system repairs from the budget. ASURE covers you today and for years to come, regardless of the increasing cost of a service call during that period.
