STRANGULATION HAZARDS: Never allow children to play with ropes, clotheslines, pet leashes, cables, chains or cord-like items when using this playset or to attach these items to the playset. Never allow children to wear loose fitting clothing, ponchos, hoods, scarves, capes, necklaces, or items with draw-strings, cords or ties when using this playset. Never allow children to wear bike or sport helmets when using this playset. Failure to prohibit these items increases the risk of serious injury and death to children from entanglement and strangulation.

General Notes and Tools

Pre-drill all holes using a 1/8" drill bit before installing S7 screws.
Pre-drill each hole using a 3/16" drill bit for WL3.
Assemble T-Nuts first with a hammer! ?
When using bolts and nuts, use a 7/16" open-end wrench to hold the nut and tighten the bolt with a Quadrex Driver.
Note: For ease of assembly, the bottom set of clamp rings can be rotated 90 degrees to install bolts.
Note: Flat end down for PB6 installation.
Move playset to final location prior to staking. Final location must be level ground.
Warning! To prevent tipping and avoid potential injury, stakes must be driven 13" (330mm) into the ground. Digging or driving stakes can be dangerous if you do not check first for underground wiring, cables, or gas lines.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Fastening Bolts and Nuts

Use a 7/16" open-end wrench to hold nut (LN1) and tighten bolt (PB1) with Quadrex Driver.

Hardware Required:

5 x PB1 6.4mm x 19 mm (1/4" x 3/4") (LN1)

Step 2: Securing Slide Bolts

Tighten all slide bolts before the clamp rings go on in the next step.

Hardware Required:

6 x 54902200
6 x 53453202 (1/4" x 12.7mm)

Step 3: Aligning Elbows

Align each elbow using the molded arrows. ➡️

Other Parts Required:

(Parts used in conjunction with elbows, e.g., 54902200, 53453202)

Step 4: Attaching Clamp Rings

Warning: Do not over-tighten the clamp rings. ⚠️ Fasten clamp rings end-to-end with two pan bolts and lock nuts.

Hardware Required:

10 x PB6 6.4mm x 25.4 mm (1/4" x 1") (LN1)

Step 5: Bolt Replacement and Installation

Remove bolt PB1 (1/4" x 3/4" Pan Bolt). The bolt (PB1) will no longer be needed, but keep the lock nut (LN1). Install bolt PB6 (1/4" x 1" Pan Bolt) with flat washer (FW1).

1 x PB6 6.4mm x 25.4 mm (1/4" x 1") (FW1)

Step 6: Installing Screw S6

Install screw S6.

Hardware Required:

1 x S6 #12 x 25.4mm (#12 x 1")

Step 7: Assembling T-Nuts and Wood Components

Assemble T-Nuts first with a hammer. ?

1 x 8965 31.8 x 76.2 x 514.4 mm (1-1/4" x 3" x 20-1/4")
1 x 9722 31.8 x 76.2 x 857.3 mm (1-1/4" x 3" x 33-3/4")

Hardware Required:

1 x H8 6.4mm x 108mm (1/4" x 4-1/4") (FW1, LW1, TN1)
1 x S3 #8 x 64mm (#8 x 2-1/2")

Step 8: Attaching Components with Screws

Attach components using screws S37, S6, and S3.

Hardware Required:

1 x S37 #7 x 15.87mm (#7 x 5/8")
2 x S6 #12 x 25.4mm (#12 x 1")
2 x S3 #8 x 64mm (#8 x 2-1/2")

Step 9: Securing the Structure with Stakes

Move playset to final location prior to staking. Final location must be level ground. Stakes must be driven 13" (330mm) into ground.

1 x S7 #12 x 50.8mm (#12 x 2")

Step 10: Assembling T-Nuts with Bolt WB8

Assemble T-Nuts first with a hammer. ? Attach using bolt WB8 with washers FW2 and TN2.

1 x WB8 7.9mm x 60.3 mm (5/16" x 2-3/8") (FW2, TN2)

Step 11: Installing Screw S20

Install screw S20.

Hardware Required:

2 x S20 #8 x 35mm (#8 x 1-3/8")

Step 12: Installing Screw S11

Install screw S11.

Step 13: Installing Screw S20 (Continued)

Install screw S20.

Wood Parts Required:

1 x 10591 15.9 x 85.7 x 440.0 mm (5/8'' x 3 3/8'' x 17 5/16'')

Hardware Required:

16 x S20 #8 x 35mm (#8 x 1-3/8")

Step 14: Installing Screw S4

Install screw S4. Ensure components are flush. ?

Wood Parts Required:

2 x 10662 31.8 x 50.8 x 101.6 mm (1 1/4" x 2" x 4")

Hardware Required:

4 x S4 #8 x 76.2mm (#8 x 3")

Step 15: Pre-drilling for S7 Screws

Note: Pre-drill all holes using a 1/8" drill bit before installing the S7 screws. ?️

Step 16: Pre-drilling and Installing WL3

Pre-drill each hole using a 3/16" drill bit. ?️ Install WL3 with washer FW1.

4 x WL3 6.4mm x 35mm (1/4" x 1-3/8") (FW1)

Step 17: Attaching Components with G7 Bolts

Notice Angle Orientation. ? Attach components using G7 bolts with lock nuts LN2 and washers FW2.

Step 18: Minimizing Wood Checking with WB7 Bolt

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THIS BOLT IS ATTACHED. IT WILL MINIMIZE CHECKING OF WOOD. ?

Caution: The Spring Loaded Quick Link must be attached to the Heavy Duty Swing Hanger in the closed position. ?

Hardware Required:

1 x WB7 7.9mm x 76.2mm (5/16" x3") (FW2, TN2)

Step 19: Installing G21 and S18 Screws

Install G21 bolts with lock nuts LN2 and washers FW2. Install S18 screws.

4 x S18 #6 x 25.4mm (#6 x 1")

Step 20: Assembling T-Nuts and Wood Components (Continued)

Assemble T-Nuts first with a hammer. ? Notice Angle Orientation. ? Attach components using G7 bolts with lock nuts LW2, FW2, and TN2.

Step 21: Minimizing Wood Checking with G4 and WB7 Bolts

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THESE BOLTS ARE ATTACHED. THEY WILL MINIMIZE CHECKING OF WOOD. ?

Assemble T-Nuts first with a hammer. ? Attach using G4 and WB7 bolts with lock nuts LW2, FW2, and TN2.

Step 22: Installing G21 Bolts

Install G21 bolts with lock nuts LN2 and washers FW2.

5 x G21 7.9mm x 95 mm (5/16" x 3-3/4") (LN2, 2 x FW2)

Step 23: Installing G8 Bolts

Install G8 bolts with lock nuts LN2 and washers FW2.

4 x G8 7.9mm x 50.8 mm (5/16" x2") (LN2, 2 x FW2)

Step 24: Attaching Threaded Quick Links to Seat

Caution: The Threaded Quick Link must be installed with the gate completely down covering the threads and tightened as instructed. ? Threaded Quick Links attach to the seat. Tighten Threaded Quick Link using an adjustable wrench. ?

Step 25: Attaching Threaded Quick Links to Seat or Acro Bar

Caution: The Threaded Quick Links must be installed with the gate completely down covering the threads and tightened as instructed. ? Threaded Quick Links attach to the seat or acro bar. Tighten Threaded Quick Link using an adjustable wrench. ?

Step 26: Final Staking and Securing

Stake the playset into the ground, ensuring stakes are driven 13" (330mm) deep. ?
