Product Overview
The Zero Home Dock features a Wireless Charging Surface for compatible mobile devices and dedicated slots for charging Zero Wireless Qi Pads. An LED Indicator on the front provides charging status.
Charging Instructions
Mobile Device Charging
Place your wireless-enabled Qi device on the Zero logo on the Wireless Charging Surface. A solid blue LED light indicates that your device is charging.
Zero Wireless Qi Pad Charging
Insert your Zero Wireless Qi Pad into the designated slot with the contact points facing downwards for charging.
LED Indicator Guide
- Blue Light: Device is charging.
- Red Light: Error or incompatible device detected.

- Power Status: The Home Dock is on when the LED indicator illuminates upon device placement.
- Phone Case Compatibility: Cases up to 3mm thick are supported. Avoid ultra-thick cases, magnetic plates, or wallet cases that may interfere with charging.
- Supported Devices: Compatible with iPhone models 8 and later, and all wireless-enabled Qi Android devices.
Important Notes
- Remove devices once fully charged.
- Ensure proper device placement on the charging surface for optimal charging.
- Wireless charging may affect network reception in areas with weak signals.
