CAUTIONS
The waterproof plug of the power cord must be inserted according to the indicator arrow to avoid damage to the motorcaused by short circuits.
In order to ensure product performance, it is forbidden to run without water.
For safety reasons, the controller is best installed in a position where children are dificult to touch and are not easy tosplash water.
Non -professional, please do not open the control box casually, so as not to destroy electronic components.
When installing the water pump, the pump should be placed inside the fish tank, the power cable port is up, and theother half of the strong magnetic base can be fixed to the outside of the fish tank.
Strong magnets do not allow children to play, so as not to cause personal injury.
The controller is prohibited from sneaking into the water to avoid damage to electric shock.

Fault cause and troubleshooting method

Incidents

Causes

Remedies

Starting difficulty

1.The power supply voltage is too low 2.The impeller is stuck 3.Cable voltage drop is too large

1.Adjust the voltage to the rated taxi 10% 2.Remove debris 3.Choose a reasonable cable

Low water yield

1.The lift is too high 2.The entrance is blocked 3.Impeller wear serious 4.The electric pump diving depth is shallow, there is air suction

Sudden stop

1.The switch is disconnected or the fuse is burned out 2.The impeller is stuck 3.The stator winding is burned out

1.According to the use of the head range 2.Remove water weeds and other debris 3.Replace the impeller 4.Adjust the diving depth of the electric pump
1. Whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements and is adjusted to replace the fuse 2. Remove debris 3. Replace the stator winding

The stator winding is burnt out

1.Mechanical seal damage water leakage, resulting in turn or interphase short circuit 2.The impeller is stuck 3.The electric pump starts frequently or the electric pump dewatering operation time is too long 4.The electric pump overload operation

Remove the fault, remove the winding and re-wind the wire according to the original technical requirements, and dip in insulation paint or send to the maintenance unit for repair

Noise or abnormal noise

During the use of the pump, there is noise and abnormal noise.

1.After the pump head into the water, first turn on and off two or three times, let the air drain, and then start again. Avoid loud sounds. 2.Please install the pump away from the oxygen bubble area, to avoid breathing oxygen caused by loud noise.
