Maintenance & Repair

Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend your electric scooter's life.

Cleaning and Storage

If the scooter is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft damp cloth. Store in a dry and cool location. Avoid storing outdoors as sun exposure can damage appearance and wear on the battery and tires.

Brake Adjustments & Service

If you notice brake adjustments are needed or require any service, contact the customer service team. Do not attempt self-repair, as this can void your warranty and risk damaging the scooter.

Tires

If tire pressure is low, fill to the recommended PSI. Recommended PSI: 50.

Cleaning Solvents

DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive chemical solvents to clean the scooter. These can severely damage its appearance and structure. Please do not use a pressure washer, as it may also cause damage to the electronics.

If the tiller is loose or wiggles while riding, tighten the screws. Open the plastic cover and use the Allen wrench to tighten the screws as shown in the figure.

Brake Adjustment
