This user manual will help you assemble and operate your new electric scooter. Please read ALL OF THE INFORMATION in this manual before riding.
NOTE TO ALL RIDERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE: It is very important that you get parental permission before riding your electric scooter.
Don't Ride Until You Read This
- ⛑️ Always wear a helmet when riding your electric scooter.
- ? Make sure your scooter has a full battery before taking it out to ride.
- ⚖️ Always be aware of local road laws, and follow them.
- ? Do not ride the scooter under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- ? Always respect pedestrians.
- ?️ Do not ride under wet conditions. The scooter may slide from under your feet causing injury. Wet conditions may damage the electronics and void the warranty.
Warning Message
- ⚠️ Avoid Water: The scooter is not waterproof. Electronics may be damaged due to water, and water damage is not covered by warranty. Riding in wet conditions is dangerous and may result in injury.
- ? Abuse: Physical damage due to negligent care and extreme riding is not covered.
- ⚡ You risk severe injury or even death from loss of control, collisions, and falls. Use caution and ride at your own risk.
- ? Do not modify the product from the manufacturer's original design.
- ✋ Keep hands and all body parts away from moving parts while operating the scooter.
- ✔️ Before riding: Ensure the scooter is operating correctly and all safety labels are in place and understood.
- ⚙️ Before riding: Check that the braking system is functioning properly.
- ? Before riding: Ensure axle guards, chain guards, or other covers supplied by the manufacturer are in place and serviceable.
- ? Before riding: Check that tires are in good condition, properly inflated, and have sufficient tread.
- ⚖️ Never exceed the 264 lbs (120kg) maximum load rating.
- ? The electric scooter should never be used by children under the age of 13.
- ? Maximum Speed: Your electric scooter goes the maximum speed of 20 mph (32 km/h).
Unpack
You should find each of these items in your box:

Remove all packaging material, then inspect each item for any accidental damage that may have occurred during shipping.
Get To Know Your Scooter
The electric scooter features a Tiller, Handlebar with Bell and Accelerator, Headlight, Console, Hook, Safety latch, Folding mechanism, Kickstand, Pedal, Fender buckle, Rear light/Brake light, Motor, Charger port, and Built-in battery. The electric scooter comes partially assembled.

Assemble Your Scooter
Tool requirements: 4mm Allen wrench (Included in the package)
Step 1: Preparation
Take out the scooter, console, and assembly tools (wrench and screws) from the box. Check the parts list to confirm that the parts are not damaged or lost during transportation.
Step 2: Lift Tiller
Lift the tiller upright. Once the scooter is locked in the upright position, verify by gently trying to fold.
Step 3: Connect Handbrake
Pull the handbrake towards you and insert the round metal piece into the opening. String the small silver cord through the solid piece of the handbrake. Make sure the metal piece on the brake cord is pushed fully into the handbrake.
Step 4: Connect Console
Connect the power cord between the tiller and the console. Insert the console above the tiller until the screw holes on the tiller and console are aligned. Install the screws on the screw holes of the tiller and tighten with a wrench.
Charge Your Scooter
Before using the scooter, you must fully charge the battery.
- Open the rubber charging port cover.
- Insert the charging plug into the port.
- The charger will have a green light when fully charged and a red light when charging.
- When charging is done, be sure to cover the charging port to keep it clear of dust and debris.
- Charging Time: About 5.5 hours.
Charging Requirement: Charge your scooter in conditions between 32°F and 104°F (0°C and 40°C). Use only the original charger.
Scooter Console Functions
On/OFF Machine
Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on/off. A buzzer will sound "di", and the scooter will shut down automatically after 5 minutes without any operation.
Shift Gears
Press the power button to change gears. Speeds: 0-3 MPH in pedestrian mode (?), 0-15.5 MPH in 2nd gear (D), and 0-20 MPH in 3rd gear (S).
Light
Press the power button twice continuously to turn on/off the headlights and taillights. Taillights are slightly bright normally, highly bright when braking, and atmosphere lights are automatically lit when starting (breathing light).
Process Unit Display Switch
Press the power button three times.
Fixed Cruise
Keep the throttle at the same speed for 8-10 seconds. A buzzer will emit a "di" sound, and the fixed cruise icon will light up to enter fixed cruise mode. Exit cruise mode by twisting the throttle, braking, or changing gears.
Password Lock Function
Setting Password: After starting, press throttle once to increase password figure, brake once to decrease password figure. Click power button to switch password number. Double-click power button to confirm. Standard password is 000.
Changing Password: Turn on with password status, enter correct password, press power button 4 times within 10 seconds to enter password change mode. To save and exit, press power button twice.
Enable/Disable Password: In password off mode, press power button 6 times to enable. In password on mode, press power button 6 times to disable.
Display Icons
The console displays: Driving speed (MPH/KM/H), Speed units, Headlights icon, Gears (P, D, S), Brake Logo, Power Switch, Cruise Control indicator, Mileage, and Top Battery indicator.
Riding Tips
- Start riding with one foot on the platform and one on the ground. Push off with the ground foot and press the throttle to begin movement.
- Press the handbrake to slow down or stop.
- The scooters perform best on smooth surfaces like carparks, smooth roads, footpaths, and bike lanes.
- Always clean your scooter (wheels, platform, etc.). It is a machine and needs maintenance.
- Do not press the throttle while walking with the scooter beside you.
- Be aware of the terrain and watch out for curbs and obstacles.
- Cruise Control: To activate, press the right-hand throttle down for 8 seconds. To deactivate, press either the right-hand throttle or brake button.
- Brake Light Status: The taillights also function as the brake light. They are steady when the headlight is on and highly bright when braking, alerting vehicles and pedestrians behind.
Putting Your Scooter Away/Folding
Before folding, ensure the scooter is powered off.
Folding
Press the lock buckle, pull down the lever. Fold the tiller down towards the rear fender and lock the tiller hook to the fender hook buckle.
Unfolding
Disconnect the tiller hook from the fender hook. Pull the tiller upwards and lock the locking device on the bottom of the tiller by pulling the clamp towards the tiller. Test the tiller lock before riding to ensure it is secure.
Maintenance & Repair
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend your electric scooter's life.
Cleaning and Storage
If the scooter is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft damp cloth. Store in a dry and cool location. Avoid storing outdoors as sun exposure can damage appearance and wear on the battery and tires.
Brake Adjustments & Service
If you notice brake adjustments are needed or require any service, contact the customer service team. Do not attempt self-repair, as this can void your warranty and risk damaging the scooter.
Tires
If tire pressure is low, fill to the recommended PSI. Recommended PSI: 50.
Cleaning Solvents
DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive chemical solvents to clean the scooter. These can severely damage its appearance and structure. Please do not use a pressure washer, as it may also cause damage to the electronics.
Tightening the Tiller & Brake Adjustment
Tightening the Tiller
If the tiller is loose or wiggles while riding, tighten the screws. Open the plastic cover and use the Allen wrench to tighten the screws as shown in the figure.
Brake Adjustment
If the brake is too tight, turn the brake cable nut counterclockwise to loosen. If the brake is too loose, turn the brake cable nut clockwise to tighten.
Battery Information
Only use the approved GOTRAX power adapter to charge your scooter; others may cause risk of fire or equipment damage.
Improper disposal of used batteries can seriously pollute the environment. Please comply with local disposal regulations.
Store your scooter and power adapter in conditions between -4°F and 122°F (-20°C and 50°C).
? Warning - Risk of Fire: No User Serviceable Parts. Prolonged exposure to UV Rays, Rain, and the Elements may damage enclosed materials. Store indoors when not in use.

Warranty Terms
- Users should operate in accordance with the product manual. In case of any performance fault caused by production quality, the company shall perform its obligations according to relevant laws and regulations.
- The company is responsible for after-sales service of faults beyond the warranty period and for major components, though a cost for repair may apply.
- If battery replacement is needed after the warranty time, the battery will be supplied at factory price.
- Physical damage due to negligent care and extreme riding is not covered.
