This guide provides instructions for using your Smart Watch.

FCC Compliance Information
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. The device can be used in portable exposure condition without restriction.
Quick Start Guide
Powering On/Off
To Turn On: When the bracelet is off, charge it or press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The bracelet vibrates to indicate it has turned on.
To Turn Off: In the start-up state, switch to the shutdown interface and press and hold for 3 seconds to power off.
Band Operation
Slide your finger on the screen to light up the display or switch between different displays.
The screen defaults to turning off after five seconds of inactivity. Users can connect to the mobile APP to modify the screen timeout duration.
The default setting for the band is 24-hour heart rate monitoring. This can be turned on or off in the general settings of the APP.
App Installation and Connection
Installing the GloryFit App
Scan the provided QR code or search for 'GloryFit' in major application markets to download and install the app.
Device Requirements: iOS 9.0 or above; Android 4.4 or above. Bluetooth 5.3 is supported.
Connecting to the Device
Open the GloryFit app, navigate to "Device", then "Add Device", and select "Select Device". Choose the corresponding model and follow the on-screen prompts to connect.
Data Synchronization
Data can be synchronized manually by pulling down the main page of the APP. The bracelet can store offline data for up to 7 days. Larger amounts of data may result in longer synchronization times. Synchronization typically takes no more than 2 seconds, and a "synchronization finish" message will appear upon completion.
Synchronized Contacts
Access the Bluetooth settings in your mobile phone's background and enable synchronized contacts.
Main Features
Main Interface
The Smart Watch offers 5 main interface styles. To switch between them, press and hold the main interface for two seconds. After a vibration, you can swipe left or right to change the watch face. Once connected to the paired APP, the bracelet will synchronize the time, date, and day of the week from your phone.
Customized homepages are supported. Navigate to "Dial setting" in the APP to select different styles for your homepage.
Bluetooth Calling
Make or answer calls directly from the watch. The watch and mobile phone will connect in real-time for calls.
AI Intelligent Voice
After successfully linking the watch with your mobile phone, you can engage in intelligent voice conversations directly through the watch.
Messages
Slide up on the main interface to view messages. The bracelet can store up to 8 recent messages pushed by the APP. If there are no new messages, it will stop at the message interface. Slide right to exit and return to the previous screen. Viewed messages are automatically deleted. An "all delete" option is available at the bottom. Slide down to return to the live interface.
Training (Sports Mode)
Tap to enter the sports interface, which features over 100 sports modes. Select a specific sport to begin monitoring after three seconds. Press the upper corner button or slide right to pause. Tap the play icon [▶️] to end the activity.
Status
Switch to the status interface to view your current step count, distance covered, and calories burned. Distance and calorie calculations are based on your walking steps and the height and weight information you have set in the APP.
Heart Rate
Switch to the heart rate interface to start automatic heart rate measurement. Switch menus to re-measure.
Blood Pressure
Switch to the blood pressure interface to start automatic blood pressure measurement. Switch menus to re-measure.
Blood Oxygen
Switch to the blood oxygen interface to start automatic blood oxygen measurement. Switch menus to re-measure.
Sleep Tracking
Switch to the sleep interface to review your sleep quality from the previous night.
Weather
Switch to the weather interface to check current weather and temperature conditions.
Music Control
When connected to your phone, open the music control interface. Use the play button to play music, pause, skip to the previous song, or play the next song.
Alarm Clock
Enter the alarm clock interface to add or delete alarms. You can set up to 8 alarm groups.
Respiration Rate
Enter the breath test interface to begin automatic respiration rate measurement. Switch menus to re-measure.
Breathing Training
Access the breathing training function and follow the on-screen animation to guide your breathing rhythm.
Physiological Cycle Tracking
This function is available for female users. Log in to the APP, navigate to "biological cycle", enable the device reminder switch, and set your personal physiological cycle status. The information will then be viewable on the bracelet.
More Functions
Stopwatch
Tap to start timing. Swipe right to exit back to the previous interface when timing is stopped.
Timer
Switch to the timer interface to set a countdown or add custom times.
Find My Phone
Switch to the search interface. Tap to find your phone when it is connected. Your phone will emit a ringtone to help you locate it.
Flashlight
Tap to turn the flashlight on or off. Swipe right to exit and turn it off.

The settings menu includes the following options:

Precautions
Please observe the following precautions for safe and optimal use of your device:
- Avoid exposing the band to shocks, high temperatures, or prolonged direct sunlight.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the device yourself.
- Charge the device using a 5V/500mA power source. Avoid charging with over-voltage power supplies.
- Use the device within a temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. Do not dispose of the device in fire, as this may cause an explosion.
- Ensure the band is dry before charging. Charging with a wet band may corrode charging contact points and lead to charging faults.
- Keep the device away from chemical substances such as gasoline, cleaning solvents, propanol, alcohol, or insect repellent.
- Avoid using the product in environments with high voltage or strong magnetic fields.
- If you have sensitive dry skin or wear the band too tightly, you may experience discomfort.
- Do not wear the device while taking a hot bath.
- Timely dry sweat from your wrist. Prolonged contact with soap, sweat, allergens, or contaminated ingredients can lead to skin itching or allergies.
- For frequent use, it is recommended to clean the device weekly. Wipe with a damp cloth and use mild soap to remove oil or dust.
- Do not enable additional push notifications without specific requirements.
