Installation Instructions
The following steps detail the installation process for Basin Faucet Models A, B, and C.
Step 1: Countertop Preparation
Drill holes in the countertop according to the specified dimensions.
Diagram Description: A countertop is shown with two holes drilled. Arrows indicate lowering the faucet body onto these holes. Dimensions provided are: 101mm (4") for the horizontal center distance between the two holes, and φ21mm (7/8") for the diameter of each hole.
Note: The horizontal center distance between the two holes must be 101mm (4"). Otherwise, the faucet cannot be installed on the countertop.
Align the Basin Faucet Body with the hole positions and install it onto the countertop following the direction shown in the diagram.
Diagram Description: The Basin Faucet Body, noted as pre-assembled and requiring no disassembly, is shown being lowered onto the prepared countertop holes.
Step 2: Connecting Inlet and Outlet Pipes
Part Attachment: Connect the Faucet Body Gasket and Faucet Body Nut to the Basin Faucet Body in sequence, following the direction shown in the diagram, until tightened.
Diagram Description: This step illustrates attaching the Faucet Body Gasket and Faucet Body Nut to the base of the faucet body.
Hose Connections:
Diagram Description: The faucet is shown installed on the countertop. Two flexible hoses (one for hot water, one for cold water) are connected to the underside of the faucet body. These hoses then connect to corresponding angle valves under the countertop. Arrows indicate the flow direction: "Hot Water Inlet" and "Cold Water Inlet".
- Connect one end of the hot and cold hoses to the faucet body respectively. (Note: Hot water connection is on the left, cold water connection is on the right).
- Connect the other end of the hot and cold hoses to the corresponding angle valves controlling hot and cold water respectively.
- Turn on the angle valves. Open the faucet handle to control the water flow. Check if the water flows normally and inspect for leaks at all connection points.
The installation method for models ABC is similar; please refer to the actual appearance of the product.
