Safety Instructions
Warning: Read the manual carefully before use. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in damage to the unit, physical injury and/or damage to property. Store the manual in a safe place for future reference.
Precautions
- The maximum load capacity of the electric transport vehicle is 1000 kg. Do not overload it.
- Check whether the line, brakes and tire pressure etc. are at normal levels.
- The parking system should be deactivated before driving.
- Do not place or expose the electric vehicle in a wet environment.
- The maximum driving inclination is 20-25 degrees. Pay attention to safety when carrying loads on a downhill slope. Be careful so as to avoid losing brakes in overweight conditions.
- When charging, connect the charger correctly to the charging port. The charging time is 8 hours. Do not overcharge so as to prevent deformation and swelling of the battery.
- Ask professionals to handle the assembly and maintenance. During maintenance, turn off the main power switch.
- If the electric vehicle is not used for a long period of time, turn off the battery box switch.
- Drive safely.

Operation Description
Gear lever (two speeds)
Throttle control handle: By operating the handle, you increase the speed of the electric transport vehicle.
Forward and reverse movement: The forward and reverse gears are located on the control handle, which controls the forward and reverse movement of the electric transport vehicle.
Left control handle: Left-hand control handle, including the horn button.
Seat: Comfortable to sit and drive.
Swivelling seat handle: The control handle can control the rotation of the seat in different driving directions.
Battery compartment: Used to store the battery. A circuit breaker is installed in the battery compartment to switch all circuits on and off.
Handbrake: When parking for a long period of time, pull the parking brake to prevent the vehicle from moving.
Brake pedal: Used for instant braking, with two pedals for different driving directions.
Installation
Battery Connection Diagram
Connect according to the actual condition of the battery
1. Fasten the handlebar to the platform with 4 screws.
2. Install the protective plate and secure it with screws.
3. Place the guardrail and secure it with screws.
4. For the four tires, align the wheel axle holes with the 4 screws and secure with nuts.
5. Connect the connection cables of the four batteries in series, as shown in the figure, and connect the positive and negative power cables of the batteries to the wiring port of the electric transport vehicle and connect the power cables of the same color.
6. Turn on the circuit breaker on the battery box, insert the key into the electric lock and turn it on. Now you can drive the electric transport vehicle normally.
Maintenance
- The battery must be charged in time to avoid damaging it when its power is too low.
- Try to keep the ambient temperature between 10-40°C.
- Charge the battery in an environment of 0-35 °C. Avoid charging the battery in high temperatures. The maximum charging time should not exceed 11 hours.
- If the battery is not used for a long period of time, charge it approximately once every 14 days to avoid damaging the battery.
- The battery is a consumable material, avoid discharging at too low a level and charge in time.
